Devastated!
1I used the previous version of this for years. Fantastic product, covered my dark circles and the lightest shade actually worked on my typically pale celtic skin. I repurchased as usual only to find the lightest shade is now much darker and doesn't cover the dark circles. I'm now 44 and have the additional problem of fine lines as well as dark circles and extremely pale skin. I have spent a fortune and amassed quite a collection of concealers in an attempt to find one that worked as well as the previous version of this. I'm so frustrated!

Why change a good thing?
1Loved the previous concealer but they discontinued it and replaced it with this, its rubbish!! bring back the old one!!

New version a poor imitation
1For some unknown reason Boots decided to scrap the old concealer which was a high quality product and introduce this new range in different shades. I will not be using it again. The lightest shade available (shade 20) is much darker than the third lightest in the old range - I used to use shade II. Which means it is not fit for purpose as it is too dark to use around the eyes. Where is the instant radiance?!?

Disappointing
1A concealer is a staple in my make-up collection and this concealer is one of the worst that I have ever tried. I was disappointed that this product did not banish my dark circles at all. In fact, it emphasised the darkness under my eyes and made me look more tired. I used the lightest colour and that was not enough and it had a bit of an orange tint. Overall, a disappointing product as I had only used it twice and both times made me look a little bit worse for wear.

amazing, holy grail
5found this concealer after asking the no7 consultant for advice and she recommended this one. I absolutely love it and will never go back to any other concealer. creamy, good coverage, easy to blend and doesn't crease.

Perfect
5I use this concealer every day under the eyes, a little down the nose, on any little blemishes and anywhere else where the foundation hasn't just covered enough. The applicator is great quality and very easy to use. Brilliant product.

A change for a the better
5I prefer this to the previous version. Has good light reflecting properties & disguises my bags & dark circles quite well. I was colour matched by the no7 consultant & it's perfect for my skin tone. Please don't change it back to the old formula which I found a lot more drying

Horrible!
1I have been using another concealer under my eyes, which I am apparently not allowed to mention, but I didn't feel the coverage was brilliant. So I bought the No7 Instant Radiance Under Eye Concealer yesterday on the word of the assistant at the counter, and now I realise that my usual product isn't bad at all. The No7 concealer actually makes my under eye skin look greyer and puffier and, well, strange. I thought I was imagining it at first, so I removed the concealer from under one eye, and yes, the under eye with no make-up on actually looked better. The colour match isn't great either. It isn't a super cheap product, I won't use it again, so it has been a complete waste of money.

Tricky to blend
1Purchased this at the same time as the dreadful airbrush away foundation. This concealer is tricky to blend, dries and cakes too quickly, too obvious I am wearing it, back to Lancome for me.
