need more colours no7
2this suits only paler skin colouring as both options are fairly light, would like to see atleast another 2 darker colours to suit atleast the ranges of colours available in the foundations (which only take you to a light asian/mediteranean shades in the almond) packaging is good quality,easy to prime the pen and not too expensive, im only marking this low due to lack of colour choices (my colouring is between the almond and the shade below)

What makes it great is also its biggest flaw
5I want to start by saying this concealer is every bit as good as Touche Eclat by Yves Saint Laurent, but it's half the price. However, my skin doesn't tolerate Touche Eclat, I suspect because of the preservatives in it. I have no such issue with No.7. But, preservative is sort of essential when you're dealing with a built-in brush application where the method of delivery stays wet. Otherwise, it starts to stink. And that's what happens here. I'm so torn, because it is by far one of the best illuminating concealers out there. If you can be arsed, you can combat it by washing the brush once a week (like you should wash all your beauty brushes). Yes, you'll waste a little product, but it is a way to resolve the only problem with it.

Love this concealer
5For me this is as good as the more expensive concealers- very lightweight & doesn't crease or dry out my more crepey under eye area - colours are also great - not as heavy or full coverage as some but still get the job done

Great for dry skin
5This is the ONLY concealer that does not make my under eyes flakey - and I have spent a lot of money on concealers! Yes it is more a brightening product, you can’t use it to conceal blemishes other than dark circles under the eye. I love it, a staple in my bag.

Smells revolting after a a couple of uses
1Very expensive & smells like it’s gone off after a couple of uses it’s not a slight smell either,most of the reviews are saying the same.

Not the best
3I bought this a couple of weeks ago, but can't seem to get on with it. I was told that I might need to click the concealer pen a few times for the first couple of uses, but it takes several clicks for each use and then too much comes out. It brightens the skin under the eyes a bit, but not enough to make the tricky application worth it unfortunately. But it may be that I just got a faulty pen.

Like many others I'm experiencing a reaction/rash
1I bought this concealer a few months ago. The colour seems fine, a good match for Calico. It takes a few clicks to get the product onto the built in applicator brush. I used it rarely for special occassions, not everyday. Initially it was fine but then it started causing a red eczema like rash under my eyes which is stinging and painful. I note that a number of other reviewers report a similar problem. My rash seems to be clearing with Sudocream, but obviously I've purchased a product which is no good and can't be used.

Stunk
1Had to return to store smelled horrible and fousty after one use. Washed and dried brush thoroughly after use but still smelt after every use. Faulty product ? Very unusual for the excellent boots No 7 brand I've used for years!
