Unpleasant Smell
2Does the job, but what an awful smell! I've only had the product for 2 months and it smells 'off'. I took a previous purchase of this to my local Boots who agreed that the smell was not good. It seems strange that both the No7 hand cream and this product smell of fish.

Neither concealer nor highlighter......Neither use nor ornament!
3Dont get me wrong, I use No.7 products a lot, and they are usually more cost friendly versions of the premium alternatives............. Not a fan of this to be honest, after reading the description I thought it would be a hybrid highlighter/concealer. It has no light reflective qualities that I could see, not particulaly blendable, and had a chalky finish. Rather dissapointed :-(

As good as others but half the price
4Had to buy this in emergency my Touche eclat had run out, very impressed not as creamy as TE but does the job, most impressed, although I agree with an earlier comment, I do not think it will last as long as TE as you tend to need to use more as it is not so creamy

A staple item in my make up bag!!
5I have been using this concealer for a few years now, and if I ever try another brand I ALWAYS return to this one!! It's just as good as Touche Eclat, and a fraction of the price - especially if you can use a £5 no7 voucher that they often give out. I naturally have quite bad dark circles even when I'm not tired, and this concealer really makes a difference. It lasts for ages as well, as you only need to click the pen once or twice each time you use it. It blends really easily too. I use shade 1, and I have quite a fair complexion, dark eyes and hair. Wouldn't put my make up on without it now. A must have!!

I have used this product for a few years, I really like it, for value and great brightening effect.
4However the last one, bought April seems to irritate my skin under my eyes, the only place I have applied it. Has the formula changed? I am sad as I want to use it again.

Doesn't do what it says on the tin.
2After reading loads of positive reviews about this item i decided to take the plunge and buy it with my No7 voucher in hand. My first negative point is actually that there are only 3 shades and being olive toned i always have to go for the darkest shade despite the fact that there are far darker women than me in the UK whom aren't catered for which i believe is unfair. Secondly, i find this pen works a lot better at concealing imperfections on my face rather than under eye. I haven't noticed the 'light reflecting' qualities, or its claim to reduce puffiness and dark circles. In fact this product failed to disguise my dark areas at all, probably because this was more on the orange shade rather than creamy peach and didn't neutralise the darkness. I suppose a positive of this product is that it is quite sheer and therefore wont crease during the day, however as i previously pointed out, this leads to the product being fairly translucent. Having said that ,i have read plenty of reviews from those of a lighter complexion raving about this product which may simply suggest that this product is better suited towards those, whereas users of a darker complexion better try their luck elsewhere. I'm a big fan of No7 products so it's really disappointing when i can't find a suitable shade for my complexion in their product range and really hope in the future they will broaden their collections and seek to cater for more skin tones and not just the common complexions.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!
4By far this is my favourite concealer out of various concealers higher and lower in price! It covers dark circles well and does cover spots and redness quite well. The colours avaliable are good too, i have pale skin so shade 1 suits me perfectly. The only disadvantages to this is that it doesnt last that long, but that may just be because I use it everday! Great concealer overall - will definately be buying again!

Clever concealer!
5This is a concealer i could never live without! Its light formula and great for concealing eyes ( and the face too !) I use it all over my face on holidays so dont have to carry foundations meaning lighter make up purse!..it really brightens the complexion and hides away signs of tiredness. Its fantastic !

They must have changed it
1I have been buying this concealer for years and really like it, but the past two I have bought have started to smell after a few weeks. When it happened at first I thought maybe I had lost tract of time and maybe had the product too long so I threw it out and bought another one but the same thing happened to the new one after a few weeks. They must have changed the ingredients. It's a really unpleasant smell and my boyfriend even commented that he thought my face smelt strange, not exactly what you want to hear! Whatever you changed No 7, please change it back.
