Fantastic product
5I bought this a week ago after reading reviews and decided to try the product. It has shown an AMAZING difference, a much firmer jawline, lifting well. I apply morning and night and massage well. I am in my late 60s and always looking for products that will help me look after myself. I cannot recommend this product enough it really is - for me- fabulous!! I see reviews saying it hasnt worked and wonder if these revies are placed by younger women maybe - to my mind reviews on cream like this should always indicate the age range. I havent used no7 before and will certainly use this product again.

No difference
1I bought this product around a month ago. To be honest I haven’t noticed any improvement so will not be buying it again Very disappointed considering the cost

appalling packaging
2I quite like this, but I won't be buying it again because of the combined, wasteful, un recyclable packaging.

It works
5I bought this 2 weeks ago as had noticed my jaw line and neck were looking a bit saggy after losing a few pounds .. I am really pleased with the results as the skin on my neck is definitely tighter and my jaw line more defined . I was getting a bit self conscious of my neck and this has done the trick. I use it morning and night then apply my usual moisturiser .

Not a long term fix.
1To get a long term solution your going to need something more than an over the counter treatment in the long run it's going to cost a lot. once you stop it's then back to square one.

Not a miracle lotion
1I bought this Laboratoies booster serum on 1st May and to date I have seen no change to my neck. I also purchased the day face and neck multi action cream together with the night cream for face and neck multi action cream. A waste of money!

Worth a try
4I've been using this since it was launched, and whilst it can't work miracles, the lower part of my face does seem a little fuller, which will then lift the jawline. The drooping has been years in the making, so I'm not expecting a miracle reversal, but a tightening and filling out..... And hopefully some prevention against more drooping.... Will do for me! I'm happy with the gentle improvement and will continue using. I do think that a video link of how to apply would be useful. Many reviewers, seem to be using too much, and maybe not following the instruction to rub in excess product and are letting it dry on the skin.

Nice packaging, shame about the serum
2I've been using this serum for 2 weeks and haven't noticed any difference. It's just as poor as the line correciting serum and a waste of money. I won't be buying anymore no7 products again.

Not great
3Haven't noticed a difference. Save your money. It also leaves white stuff and blobs around your face. I will stick to the other no7 products.

worrying possible side effect
1Not sure whether this is caused from this product but I have developed mild tingling, or pins and needles in the lower part of my face and neck since I started using this several weeks ago. Are there any others who have experienced this? Just wondering whether it is unrelated or caused by this.
