Firming booster
1I love no7 products but I’m sorry this isn’t one when you apply it leaves white bits on your face sorry boots won’t be buying this again love your other products

did not make any difference
1I have been using this for 3/4 weeks now and I have seen absolutely no difference. I am very disappointed and as I bought this when on 3 for 2 paying 76 pounds I am well out of pocket. I wonder how this has been clinically proven to work when I have seen no difference. I feel duped and angry as I would not have bought this but for your claims to the success of the product. You should stand by your claims and show faith in your product by refunding the cost to people who have had no results.

Peels back off made no difference
1Using this for 2-3 weeks now and I don’t know why I am bothering. A part of me is so upset that I wasted £30 so I feel I have to get through the tube. I wanted to change my serum from Estèe Lauder Advanced Night Repair to this, purely just to save money and the lady on No7 said this was so much better. I don’t care how much Estèe Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair is, all is forgiven!! I actually repurchased Advanced Night Repair and have started to reuse and I can already see after 2 days my skin is finally getting back to normal. At the end of the day, buy cheap, buy twice or in this case buy cheap, and regret it and end up sticking to luxury skincare. No7 is unfortunately a cheap brand and they can say all they want and claim all they want, the luxury quality ingredients just are not in No7 products as this is clear from the prices, the half price offers, buy one get one free etc... if they can still make a profit on offering it half price what cheap things goes into this stuff?

Don’t like
2I bought this as well as the dark spot corrector, I’ve been using it for a month now. No matter how little I put on it just rubs off. The dark spot cream is sticky and you can’t put foundation on top. A waste of money and time, I can’t see any difference after using it religiously for a month very disappointing.

It actually works!
5I've never left a review for a beauty product before. I've never found one that makes much difference and have gone high end and low. But to my amazement this has really worked for me. I'm 57, not overweight, skin starting to sag a bit since the menopause and I could see the difference after a week. Really see it. Now into the second week it keeps on getting better. I don't look 10 years younger or anything, but the skin under my neck has smoothed and tightened a lot, and the lines on either side of my mouth, and my cheeks are just sleeker. I look well slept and maybe two years younger. A couple of people have said to me in the last week, 'you look really well'. Maybe I should bulk buy in case they stop the line at some point!

Really impressed
5I bought this when it was on offer for £30 about 3 weeks ago, and have been using it since then. I use it morning and night, under my normal moisturiser. In the morning this is No7 Protect and Perfect, but in the evening it's Astral cream (cheap and cheerful) as this really suits my skin as a night cream Anyway, the serum. I always squeeze a tiny amount (peppercorn size) out of the tube, then close the tube again so I have no problems with it being 'sucked back' inside, and apply in upward strokes using the applicator. I do this 4 times; once on each side of my face from mouth to eyebrow, and then one each on either side of my chin. I then rub in any residue and apply my moisturiser. I have never had any problems with pilling, although I have with other creams when I've used them too enthusiastically. (remember - less is more!) In the last week I've noticed a real difference in my jawline, it really looks tightened and my jawbone is really well defined. My face is also much firmer (if I pinch my cheek, it snaps back in a millisecond, without any drooping). My real problem area is the slight jowly-pouch at the bottom corners of my mouth. One side has had a definite improvement (pouch nearly disappeared) but the other side is taking a bit longer. That said, it's only a serum, not a magic potion, and I'm 61 so the serum has to work really hard to get any results at all! I'm extremely pleased with this product, and I love the applicator which really feels like it's getting the serum into my skin.

Waste of time
1I have been using this product for 6 weeks and it is a total waste of time. No difference whatsoever. Only gave it 1 star as would not allow 0

Can't imagine life without it
5I have been using this for nearly a month now and have really noticed a remarkable change to my skin. Neck and jaw line are definitely firmer and a small pouchy bit of skin by the corner of my mouth has completely disappeared. I have also used it on my top lip which has reduced lines there too. At a recent family occasion, several people I hadn't seen for at least 5 years, remarked how I hadn't aged, which was lovely as I am now 55. I use the serum morning and night. I only use a small amount and massage in any excess. I don't use any serum, but use moisturiser(Garnier miracle wake up cream), then the no 7 airbrush away primer before Revlon instant lift foundation. Have only had problems like peeling off when I haven't massaged excess product in, or put too much on in the first place by mistake. Have never had a problem with serum being sucked back into tube. I only give the tube one firm downward shake to get the product down to the applicator as instructed. I have used many firming products over the years, some expensive like Elemis, and I've never had such good results from a serum before.

No great results so far.
1Unfortunately I am on my second tube and I can’t see any change in my skin. It leaves a gritty residual on my face as well.

Fitness for the face!
5I bought this along with the dark spot serum and line booster. After a week I saw a slight change, after 2 weeks a definite firmness increase and my skin Is generally in better condition overall - more hydrated and clearer. I will continue to use this system. Give it at least a fortnight. X
