Great mascara
5Been using this product for the past year and I am delighted with it. Love the shaped brush and find it very easy to apply. It doesn't come off during the day or flake, yet is very easy to remove with the rest of my make up.

Lifts!
5I have short and sparse lashes, but this mascara makes my lashes look fuller and definitely lifts them. The result is a wide awake and natural look for me. I've not yet tried any other No7 mascara, so can't compare between their others, but I like this mascara very much.

Would buy again!!
5I'm one of those people that finds a mascara they like and will buy it again and again for years (usually L'oreal). However I received this for Christmas and have been obsessed with how great my eyelashes look!! It really separates my lashes and makes them look so much longer - I'd definitely repurchase this :)

Despite bad reviews.... amazing!!
5Had this in the spring time gift box and fell in love! Reading the reviews did put me off a little but seems to be mainly the packaging that people are upset with. I love this mascara, the brush is amazing for getting all your eyelashes and it doesn't clump of flake during the day. I would definitely buy this again, it's easy to apply and makes my lashes long, voluminous and it is also easy to remove.

Great mascara, shame about the packaging
5I wasn't looking to change mascara but I got a sample and it has staying power and does indeed lift my lashes. Decided to order it when my usual Estee Lauder ran out. But, the only bad thing is the shocking packaging. It arrived chipped all over the case just as others described. I am a magpie and love shiny things but this would be better plain.

Clumps and packaging flakes off
2The product itself is average - does a good job - but I find I spend a lot of time removing mascara off the brush so there is the adequate amount on there. The most difficult part is the end of the brush where a lot of product sticks. So basically the brush isn't very good. The mascara itself is too lumpy to allow you to build up coverage. Also when I took the seal off to open the product, a chunk of silver plastic coating came off with it, so it looks very battered and little flakes keep coming off. It's a mess.

Waste of money
1Bought this mascara after falling in love with No.7 face creams, and it is huge disappointment. I put it on one side and it didn't liok any different to side without maskara. I thought maybe I'm just being fussy, so asked my wife what is she thinking about mynew maskara and sge said, well aplly it first and I'll tell you. Wish i have never bought it. I wanted to save some money as I usually pay round £20 for mascara, well I just wasted £12.

Poor value for money
2The mascara is only average. The case scratches too easily leaving lots of silvery bits in my make-up bag which makes it look cheap and unsightly. So for that reason I wouldn't buy this mascara again. Very disappointing as I usually like Boots products.

It really lifts!
5Beats all the other mascaras I've used so far. It lifts my lashes, it's very gentle, doesn't crumble or rub off and you can add extra layers without making your lashes look chunky. I tried other mascaras in the mean time but I always go back to this one. It really works!
