Please Don't Waste Your Money
1I've been using this product religiously for 6 weeks and absolutely nothing has changed. It says that you will see a difference in 2 weeks and a big difference in a month. Absolutely not. What a complete and utter waste of money.

No noticeable difference
1I have used the dark spot correcting serum as per the instructions for the last 6 weeks and have seen no noticeable difference. if there had been even a slight difference I would have bought a second serum and persevered. However I feel that it has been a waste of money and time.

Completely useless
1Doesn't work at all. The packet lies that your dark circles will fade after a week or so and be completely gone within 3 weeks. I've used it for 3 months and there is no improvement in my dark spots. You might as well smear ketchup on your face - it's cheaper and no less effective

No results from prolonged use
1Had first tube as a special offer and as I wasn’t expecting a quick result purchased on a 3 for 2 offer. So I think I’ve given this a fair trial. Followed instructions to the letter and I also continued to use sun block to prevent further damage. It’s light, easily absorbed and is runny. A little goes a long way. However, it made no difference to the dark spot on my face or the two on the back of my hand. Boots need to look again at this product. It’s not working for the majority of reviewers.

Better than Lancome Visionnaire
5I have Asian fine skin so prone to dark spots. I applied this generously for 2 weeks, 1 per day and see my dark spots significantly faded. Excellent result, just a little pricey. Waiting for sales to stock up.

Useless. Waste of money
1I bought this when it first came out. extremely disappointed. No difference it has made whatsoever. I wasa loyal No7 fan (still am), but this product was an utter disappointment. I would like my money back please Boots

Stick with it!
4Many of us seem unhappy with this product. I have to say that I have been using it for around three months now and it has definitely made a difference. I have some noticeable sun damage/dark spots on my left cheek, one the size of a 5p piece and it started to fade as I got close to the end of the second tube. I think the problem is that Boots have made it sound as though things happen overnight. They don't. But I am really pleased with the results so far, especially if you combine this treatment with regular ex-foliation. I will definitely continue using it. There are always offers which mean that paying full price is unlikely.

False claims
1As someone who has even tried laser treatment for dark spots (which resulted in some improvement but not much) I was sceptical that a cream could do anything. I applied it religiously according to the instructions, applying to one dark spot on one side of my face and none to one I have on the other so that I could see if there was any benefit. The cream did nothing and it's expensive. Please do not waste your money.

Complete waste of money
1I am half way through the second tube and there is no difference whatsoever in the two or three small dark facial areas. Having followed the basic instructions for nearly eight weeks and having spent £76 on this product I feel that Boots need to look carefully at the product and the claims they are making for it.
