Not working
1I bought n7 products, three products and i paid money, no changing in my lines and the dark spot still the same, i really disappointed, n7 just for wasting money for nothing

Total disappointment
1I am middle aged and have two age spots on my cheek bones. I used the product religiously twice a day for 6 weeks....absolutely NO change at all! I am sure about this because I have a shade chart from a previous No7 product and therefore I was able to compare the colour of my dark patches with the chart. My purchase was made when the product was new out and full price at £38. If I had been able to see all the negative reviews that there are now, I wouldn’t have raised my expectations or spent the money. I did return my product back to my local Boots store and got a full refund, so I would urge anyone else who is disappointed to do the same.

Didn't work for me.
1I have used the whole tube on my dark spots and it has had no effect whatsoever. Very disappointing

Total waste of money
1I completely agree with all the 1 star reviews of this product. I have used as directed and noticed absolutely no difference in my age spots whatsoever. How Boots can charge so much for something that clearly doesn't work disgusts me. I'd very much like to get my money back!

WASTE OF MONEY
1I bought this about 4 weeks ago as I have a dark spot on my jawline about the size of a 5p coin. Used as directed for three weeks solid without a break and had high hopes of it really lightening this very noticeable facial blemish. It was a total waste of money. I had taken before and after photos and there was no difference what so ever. Even small age spots on my hands were no different after using for that period of time. It also leaves a very sticky, shiny residue that lasts for sometime after application. Don't purchase this expensive product as it's a complete waste of money. No7 you need to look into consumer complaints about this product before more people waste their money.

Does nothing at all
1I bought this as I have an age spot on my neck about the size of a 5 pence piece. I really don’t like it so when I saw this serum I made an assumption that for £38 it would at the very least fade it. I applied it morning and night as instructed and persisted even though I detected no change. What a complete waste of money, this serum does nothing and of course it’s extremely annoying that it doesn’t work. Don’t buy it !

1I purchased No 7 Dark spot correcting booster serum, I followed instructions applying it twice daily. I have almost used all the tube and I am so disappointed as I cannot see the slightest improvement. It was a complete waste of money and Boots should not be allowed to claim that it works, and certainly does not do what they claim on the tube.

Got a Refund
1Previously I used the roll on dark spot corrector and it made no difference whatsoever. It was around £15 I think; disappointing and I chalked it up to experience. When I saw this in the store I asked the sales assistant if they would refund my money if this one didn't work. After all it costs nearly forty pounds - worth it if it works but a waste if it doesn't. I have pigmentation on my eyebrow and one cheek (age spots/sun spots) - small but annoying. She said yes of course - give it a proper chance and be sure to use it day and night. So I took pictures before and used it exactly as recommended. After four weeks - like so many of you, no difference at all. I might just as well have used a cheap moisturiser. I kept the receipt and after just over four weeks took it back. I was told that the product is tested at 12 weeks but this is not what the promotional material states. I got my money refunded.
