Didn’t work
1I tried this almost 2 months ago, doesn’t work. I took a pic before and after. Looks exactly the same. Waste of money. Don’t get.

Disappointed
2I have been using this twice a day for 6 weeks and has made no difference to my age spots very disappointed. It is a very nice cream my skin feels lovely but cheaper products on the market does not do the job it advertises don’t waste your money. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Needs to be withdrawn from sale
1I have had exactly the same experience as [almost] everyone else....despite using this product twice daily since April 2019, there has been absolutely NO difference what-so-ever to my age/dark spots. I've been a huge fan of the No7 range for several decades, this product is most definitely not up to scratch and should be withdrawn from sale immediately. I'm surprised and disappointed that Boots continue to market something that is so clearly ineffective.. This product is a complete rip off, don't waste your money!

Waste of money!
1I have a significant brown spot right in the middle of my cheek and I would love to get rid of it. So I spent nearly £40 on this miracle cream/serum. Used it twice today but it has not made a blind bit of difference to my dark spot. *** Do not waste your money on this.*** I have been using No7 products for about 20 years and never ever have I felt that I’ve wasted my money until now. Boots how do I go about requesting a refund for this product that just doesn’t work?

I had high hopes
1When I got this, it was half off, and there were good reviews. However, it has done nothing at all for me. People have said it is an expensive joke. I have to agree. If I could, I would return it. Waste of money.

Really disappointed . . . .
1I bought this Dark Spot Correcting serum at the end of April and have used it regularly, as directed, on four different areas on my face and neck. Unfortunately I can see no lightening of the areas whatsoever. Boots products are usually so reliable but this one really disappoints, especially at £38; a complete waste of time and money.

Absolutely useless product.
1Absolutely useless super expensive little tube of serum that has done nothing at all to remove my dark spots on my face. Have religiously used for almost two months and NOTHING. Please do not waste your money because like others are saying it does not work. Total rip off..and I would give it no stars at all but I am not allowed to give it less than one star. Very disappointed Boots.

Does not do what it says on the box!
1I bought three for two unfortunately of this Dark Spot Correcting serum and have been using for nearly two months - no change whatsoever! Disappointed :-(

Does not make any difference
1I bought this product 6 weeks ago and has made not one bit of difference. I have used it twice a day - I do not sit in the sun and use a high factor on my face every day. I would not recommend this product, very disappointed especially as the product was promoted as producing a good outcome.
