Please give us back the old one
1Another lady here who’s always used fair/medium but I’m not risking it as reviews are terrible! Why change a good product, disgusted and not even going to chance it.

Love it
5I've been using the City LIght Moisturiser for over a year now, and am very happy with it. It has excellent UVA and UVB protection and is suitable for sensitive skin, which is the main reason I chose it. No problems, and the colour suits me fine. If you have very dry skin I would recommend using some serum or other light moisturiser first, and then this moisturiser on top. Good value for money.

Lovely light coverage
4I hate wearing foundation so this is perfect for me. It gives me even coverage with a little colour. I use concealer for my trouble areas which is fine. I definitely prefer this to the old gold tubes! The old version made me go very orange after a few hours of wearing it and went patchy in some areas. The new version is lightweight and lasts a long time. The only downside is that it makes my face feel sticky all day. Even after I've used setting powder.

Gives a lovely glow
5I bought this 2 months ago, I live abroad and tan easily but wanted to keep my face out of the sun. This moisture tint gives a lovely colour and is sheer enough to look as if I am not wearing any foundation. Great for holidays

Well I like it!
5I have just bought this and am delighted with the sheer coverage and glow it has given me. I don’t really like wearing foundation and prefer a more natural look. It goes on smoothly with my foundation brush and has lasted all day. I will be back for the medium shade later in the summer.

My favourite choice
5After having problem skin my whole teen years and into my adult life , I started using this city light two years ago and now I'd never change. It's light and doesn't give me spots and feels good for my skin. I apply with a damp sponge and dust with no7 mineral veil after to soak up extra moisture. Really love it

Tint
4Just tried for the first time. Like the coverage and colour. I got the darkest shade. Wouldn’t say it’s dark at all. I tried on my hand in store before purchasing. I have never tried the old version so nothing to compare. However reading other reviews everyone who has tried the old gold tube say it’s far better than this version. Maybe this will return as most people seem to prefer. I’ll look forward to trying if it makes a come back. I buy No7 as it isn’t tested on animals so big plus for me. Use a lot of makeup in this brand and I love it!!

Disappointing
1I’ve just bought this and I have to say really disappointed with it. I was going to buy another brand that was £5 cheaper that I had used before, and I knew worked but I thought as NO7 is meant to be a good quality brand I thought paying a bit more would work out at better value. In my opinion there is no point this product being called tinted as it doesn’t actually give any colour and is basically just like using a normal moisturiser. I wouldn’t even describe it as light coverage as it offers no coverage at all. Yeah its nice just as a moisturiser but the promise of “sheer skin perfecting colour” and “flawless look” is absolute rubbish.

Not as good as the old version
1Not happy. The old version in the gold tube gave your skin a nice shimmer and glow. I loved this. I bought 2 tubes of this and hate it. I may as well just put my foundation on :o( no shimmer and glow at all. Shame its been changed :o( we want our shimmer back
