Useless
1I came here expecting to see bad reviews, and I'm shocked at how complimentary people are. It does nothing. The particles are tiny and are useless. There was no exfoliating effect, thereby rendering the product useless. It also has an overpowering synthetic fragrance. It's more like a gritty body wash than an exfoliating body polish.

Environment Question
4I have used this and really like it; as a body scrub its very effective and lovely to use. However, my concern is that the particles are not soluble and given that it is known this is an environmental concern, I won't be buying it again.

I love this product
5I saw positive results after using this product for as little as 3 days. It removed dead skin in problem areas and has left my skin feeling smooth and looking brigther. A feel good feeling overall

super smooth skin
4I really liked this product, It left my skin really soft it wasn't harsh so could use a couple times a week. I wasn't very keen on the smell it wasn't a horrible smell just not a nicely scented as some. It wouldn't put me of using it again.

The best body scrub going
5I'd never used no.7 body scrub before, it was bought for me as part of a gift. I think it's fabulous!! It comes out the tube quickly but it's not runny, the liquid foams up to a lovely thick consistency, the smell is very subtle and not sickly sweet like a lot of other scrubs. But the most important part is that afterwards, my skin feels amazing. I feel like going up to people saying "feel my stomach/bum/arms!!" But I think I'd get arrested so I just have a little feel myself and "ooh" at how lovely and smooth and soft it is.

4Recommend! Smells lovely and has a luxurious feel that left my skin feeling ace. Just getting into the routine of remembering to use!

I really litke this
4No7 are not a brand I think of when it comes to shower and body moisturising but this is just lovely. Does def pick up dull winter skin. Followed by the body butter - brilliant combo :)

soft and smooth.......
5this no 7 body scrub had lovely exfoliating effect with a creamy lather and a luxurious scent. I suffer with very dry patches on my knees but found that this smoothed the skin considerably. using this first then the no 7 cocooning body soufflé has left my skin so soft!!
