Love it.
5Boots.com review Only been using this for a week but really like it so far. Doesn’t clump & covers the eyelashes nicely even my very fine lower lashes. Not had any issues with smudging or flaking over the course of the day. Hoping the serum will improve the condition of my lashes over time.

Messy to use
1Boots.com review This is the first mascara that has made such a mess, I end up with all it down the outside and all over my fingers. Not to be used in a hurry! I’ve also found it leaves clumps and then difficult to remove. Very disappointed.

Great as a serum but a messy mascara
3Boots.com review I so wanted to love this product! I've always used No7 mascaras, my favourite being the Intense Volume, and I was delighted to see that this one was combined with a serum. However, it's proved to be so messy to use that I only apply it if I'm not going anywhere and I'm not in a hurry! The brush comes out absolutely covered in the product - far too much to apply to the lashes - so has to be wiped on the top of the tube, which in turn ends up caked in the product, as do my fingers. When I've managed to clean enough of the mascara off the brush and have the time to apply it really carefully, it looks good and, despite only using it intermittently, it does seem to have improved my lashes. Maybe the brush and tube need some redesigning? Disappointing.

Smudges
1Boots.com review This is the last time I buy this mascara , I thought it would be good from the description however it is the worst no 7 mascara I have bought. It’s very clumpy and is the only No7 mascara that smudges almost immediately after applying. Will not purchase again has put me off no7 mascara.

Messy and clumpy
1Boots.com review I bought this as my usual Clinique naturally glossy mascara is out of stock. It’s awful! Very thick and clumpy. Ive tried wiping excess off but it’s still far too clumpy, I like a natural day time look and this is certainly not that. Very disappointed especially as it cost £15.95 .

Unsure at first, now love it!
4Boots.com review Initially disappointed after buying as it was so wet my lashes clumped together and it smudged. Decided to dry the wand on a tissue before use which worked well and it has now dried out sufficiently to use straight from the tube. It is now great, coates all lashes well, improves the condition, adds impact and stays put all day long. Just about to buy my 2nd tube.

Good Mascara
5Boots.com review I bought this for the second time as I was very happy with the product. It doesn’t irritate my eyes and goes on easily. I usually use an old clean mascara brush to brush off any excess bits. It lasts all day but is easy to remove at night.

Best mascara ever!
5Boots.com review I have been astonished to see after just a few months use, my eyelashes have gone from being sparse, short and stumpy to having longer thicker lashes, and regrowth! Which most importantly feel strong and healthy. The serum really works and this is probably why the product can be a bit messier to use on first applications. Just wipe any excess off, it's definitely worth it! Amazing product!

Messy & Disappointing
1Boots.com review I'm honestly surprised there are any good reviews for this mascara, it's probably one of the worst I've ever used. It's very messy - no matter how careful I am, I always end up with smudges underneath my eyes. I tried to remove some of the excess liquid in the hope that this would help, but no, smudges still appeared under my eyes. I never review makeup but I felt compelled to say something about this item. For me, £15.95 is a lot of money to waste on a mascara.
