Very disappointed
1Boots.com review I bought this a month ago and I am so disappointed with this mascara. It smudges and drops after an hour of wearing. The wand does not distribute the product evenly and I just do not get on with it at all.

Worst mascara I’ve used
1Boots.com review Used once and won’t use again. I doubt I can get a refund so this was a total waste of money. The mascara smudges so easily, I had panda eyes all day and couldn’t wait to get home to wash it off.

It doesn't work - total hype
1Boots.com review Like others, I was persuaded to buy this by sales assistant as 'the best ever'. I had explained I was a contact lens wearer, have very short lashes but was assured this was all fine. How disappointing it has proved - 'brush' is too stubby for short lashes, the mascara formula is clogged and goes on in clumps (I don't pump brush in and out) and it flakes off (which is hopeless for contact lens wearers). A complete waste of money. Don't be taken in by hype - it doesn't work

Terrible mascara
1Boots.com review The sales lady said this was an amazing product. Thickens and lengthens ??? What a joke. Absolute rubbish and a waste of money. Cheap and nasty at high cost !! Don’t waste your money !!

Never buying again.
1Boots.com review I hadn’t bought a No.7 mascara in a while and thought I’d try this new one. I only bought this particular one as it was suggested by the lady on the No.7 counter. It goes on nicely but smudges really easily! I even tried not wearing any on my bottom lashes and it still gave me panda eyes! I made a point to not rub my eyes in case this happened but it happened anyway. Definitely not buying this again!

Do not buy this Rubbish
1Boots.com review Total rubbish!! Expensive and smudges so easily (panda eye black circles) I hadn’t even touched my eyes. How boots could put their name to this rubbish is beyond belief

1Boots.com review I always wear No7 mascara, however my.usual one was out of atock so bought this one. It's horrible - panda eyes all day!!!! It doesn't dry amd you need to apply more than one coat so each layer just clumps! Very disappointed with it 😕

Avoid - does nothing it claims to
1Boots.com review Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute waste of money that I'd like back. Never had any mascara smudge or leave me with panda eyes, but this did. Not only that, but I can visibly see my curled lashes falling within seconds of applying it, even when applying the lightest coat. It's not the cheapest mascara in the world, so I'm really disappointed. Came here to see if others had experienced the same, and clearly they have. Ignore the response to them all, it's clearly just a bad product - same thing doesn't happen to that many people.

DON'T BUY!!
1Boots.com review ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!! Just got my money back and then came on and saw all the reviews... hadn't had time to look before Boots, you should be ashamed of yourselves! making all these claims, when it is so obvious that this product does not work. It does not lift, curl, lengthen or add volume...it took loads of layers to even look like I had anything on...and then I ended up looking like I had eyeliner on, as I had to try so hard to coat the lashes. It actually looked like I had eyeliner and no mascara. I also got panda eyes... something I have had hardly ever experienced in the last couple of decades using other mascaras, unless I slept in them or for them wet. Basically, it feels like false advertising to me and seeing how badly it's being reviewed, I would expect Boots to do something about it, instead of the glib response about how to apply..and if it needs all that prep and care to apply, then I'm glad I've now bought my usual brand, which does give me falsie like lashes in a couple of coats and looks amazing, doesn't smudge and costs less. ..and no special prep needed...even on uncurled lashes, it looks like I've just had extensions applied.
