Not the best :-/
3I usually like No7 products but I wasn't impressed when I used this nail varnish. It is very easy to apply and comes in a bottle with minimal decoration. I found it chipped quite easily and only lasted two days before it needed topping up. I also used two coats to see if it made any difference but it still seemed to chip off. There are some lovely colours to choose from and the price is great. They are small enough to Carry in your handbag for work etc. I wouldn't really recommend this product but that doesn't mean other people would not like it.

Best nail varnish I've used
5I have loads of no7 nail varnishes and I love them all. They never chip and they have really strong colours. Only downside is the limited range. They used to do a much bigger selection which I miss.

I can't recommend it; some colours are OK but others just plain awful
1I hadn't tried Boots own nailpolishes before but loved some of the bright new colours so treated myself to the Totally Teal and Salsa shades. The Teal is OK, but the Salsa (a deep pearly red) is totally terrible! Have applied 3 coats over a quality base coat, allowing a couple of hours between each and it still looks streaky and blotchy. It's supposed to be quick drying too, but it really isn't compared to other brands I have tried. If you have to go over a completed stroke, which you do to get full coverage, the brush seems to drag on the polish underneath, lifting it away and creating a furrow right down to the bare nail. When you try to fill that in, you get more drag in other places, so you have to either put on a really thick coat, or keep trying to fill in the bare bits and either way, you get a very lumpy finish. The brush is too thick and it's really hard to get right up to the nail edge without covering your fingers too. The Teal colour, which is not pearlised, did perform better in terms of application, but the polish is very thin and it does need 3 coats to get a good, even colour, so not quick to apply. With a base and top coat, the Teal lasted approx 3 days before chipping; not a great performance but OK for a big night out or a weekend away. I wouldn't buy it again though. I have long natural nails, so don't know if it would be any better on false nails.

Really disappointed
1I saw this and thought wow, but I have to say that when I bought it and tried it I was so disappointed, although the glitter is a really lovely colour, when you paint it on all the glitter particles clump at the end of my nail and it is rather gloopy, not the best from no7 sorry.

Product did not match sample colour on internet page
2There is a gap in the nail polish colour market for medium to dark tan - a colour that was popular in the 1980s, I chose the colour from your chart because it was the only one slightly close to what I was looking for. Unfortunately, on receipt it was closer to 'orange' and too bright.

The nail varnish chipped easier than other brands
3They have a brilliant choice of colours, I have two one of the nail varnishes in the old packaging and one in the new, they appear really nice when first put on and they go on nicely too but I noticed they started chipping in only a day or two.

First time user, maybe should have had something easier
4Was encouraged to get the black colour for a Halloween costume, having never used one before i was advised that it would be quite easy to use, applied the base, colour and top coat. It wasn't the easiest thing to apply, looked good on, but found it chipped and came off so easily, glad i don;t have the performance of wearing it :-)

Beautiful colour
4I purchased the sky blue polish and loved the colour. It really stood out and didn't need that many coats unlike other polishes I have used. However I did think it was quite expensive considering the quality wasn't great and after a couple of days it started coming off in flakes. It is therefore perfect for a night out or special occasion but if you are looking for something to last a bit longer it doesn't quite fit the bill.

So disappointed
1I love No7 face care ranges and they have never let me down. The nail varnishes however are a complete disappointment. I got 3 colours in the 3 for 2 offer and the colours are great in the bottle but the application is streaky and even after two careful layers the final look is messy. I won't use them again.

Nice colours, chips easily
2Range of colours is great for season but brush is weird shape, makes it hard to apply neatly. Have bought several colours all chip within a day even with base coat.
