No7 Stay Perfect Fire Cracker
1I loved this colour, so much so that I broke my own rule on nail polish spend. This is an expensive product, but I thought the luxurious look of it could justify the price. Wrong, this product chips, very quickly, the first time I used it; base coat, 2 coats, and a top coat, it chipped within 2 hours after drying. The second time, I did not use a topcoat, it lasted for 12 hours before it chipped. Sitting at work looking at my chipped nails and I'm livid. You also have to work quickly and with precision, you cannot correct mistakes without taking off the first layer, clotting and bulging the product all over your nail, and it dries very quickly. I would expect this from a 1 pound bargain bucket. This is a disappointing product and at a premium price.

Fantastic with awesome staying power!
5What can I say! I love this product. I usually buy No7 gel polish but loved the colour of this one so decided to stay to the stay perfect range of No7 instead. . So pleased I did. It's amazing. Goes on as well as all their polish and looks just as shiny and vibrant but where it really comes into it's own is how long it lasts. It certainly lives upto it's name. I usually chip my nail varnish within 24hrs! Especially after going to the gym and a round of housework. . Not this stuff. It took a weeks worth of gym, housework and all the usual abuse I throw at my poor hands before my two thumb nails finally gave in. Couldn't recommend this enough. I've already gone out and bought more colours. . I'm converted!!

Very disappointed
1Love No 7 products, use lots of them and use their creams daily. This nail varnish however was a disaster, bought black version and also bought No 7 glitter to go on top. Varnish started chipping within hours and by the next day over half the black varnish had come off. Gave it a second go using couple extra coats but still chipped off, looked awful. Glad i hadnt wore it for a special occasion would have spoiled the occasion. Hope Boots look at this and retain the high standard their other No 7 products offer.

No 7 nail colour
4This nail colour (stonewash) is beautiful. I love it. However, it took about two or three coats to get the desired rich colour. It was easy to apply and lasted well without a massive amount of chipping.

5Like this unusual coloured nail polish. Has good staying power and did not discolour my nails. A good shade for winter.

Such an awful nail polish for the price.
1Awful application, the brush is chunky so it doesn't go on smoothly, and makes a mess. The polish never really seems to dry solidly, I can still make impression in it hours later. It also chips very easily. No matter how I apply it there are always bubbles in the finish (I've tried 5 times to apply this polish now). Never had an experience like it with a nail polish, and all for the bargain price of £6! 1/10 would not buy again.

Meh
3I bought the colour that i think is "Cruising". It is a gorgeous turqouise colour that i fell in love with when I was shopping, buying it in a heart beat. The colour is wonder and is exactly the same colour as the bottle, but that's where the positives stop. When applying, it drys incredible quickly, which is bad when trying to go over/correct your nail as you paint it. The actual nail polish never really dries. One coat can be too thick, the nail polish chips within half an hour, and even hours after its been put on, any impression, whether finger, keys, keyboard or the actual bottle, ruining your nails. I would definitely wear this had they fixed the formula to stop this, because the colours in this range are absolutely gorgeous.

Not if you want perfect results!
2So i've just purchased this nail varnish and the brush is massive! its far to thick and chunky to be able to apply the polish without getting the polish on your skin. The colour is fantastic and the application is great but the brush is a major let down for me. If No.7 shrunk the size of the brush i would buy again.

The WORST
1I purchased the Paradise Love to match a dress I was wearing. This is the WORST nail varnish I have EVER bought. Thin and watery. Took three coats to get a decent depth of colour and sufficient glitter. I applied the night before so that it was properly hardened. Despite using No7 base coat and topcoat it chipped before I even got out to door. Not small chips but half the nail in great big lumps. Had to try and patch it. Looked a mess and ruined the whole look. Will never buy a No7 varnish again.

Don't Buy
1This product is rubbish. After 3 applications I still don't have a solid color, its lumpy and bumpy and looks like I've missed bits. the pale pink colour is nice but the finish is horrible. Applied last night for an night out tonight and will have to remove and put on something different - I have better stuff from £1 shop.
