Impossible to sharpen
1I received this as part of an offer and was initially very pleased with the results, however, it has proved to be impossible to sharpen and I have wasted most of it trying to remove the sharp edges that scratch my eyes when I try and use it. Certainly won't be buying one!

Glides perfect
5Great liner pencil. Glides along without having to redraw. It would have been a greater success if it didn't need a sharpner !

Great product until you need to sharpen it!
2I bought this a month ago, really like it. It goes on smoothly and looks great.But why is it impossible to sharpen. Tried several sharpeners they all leave an uneven edge. So it makes it impossible to use. What happened to quality control?

Loved it until...
2Had this as a freebie in the recent 241 offer, live how it goes on and stays on BUT how on earth do you sharpen it? Come on Boots, something that simple should have been 'road tested' and clearly wasnt. Shame as most of it will go to waste... not ethical either environmentally or financially!

My favourite for natural look
5Love this pencil for a natural bright look. It makes my eyes pop and lashes appear thicker, perfect for a natural blue eyes blond hair look.

Has the formula changed?
1Been using this as a staple for years as it beat anything else I tried. However the last two pencils I’ve bought have seemed softer than usual and need sharpening much more quickly than I ever had to. They have also been impossible to sharpen without using up so much of the pencil and then the way it sharpens (unevenly - same sharpener as I’ve always used so it’s not that), I end up scratching my eye with a bit of the wood from the outside. All in all, a pencil that used to last me months is lasting a couple of weeks. I’ll have to find a replacement brand, real shame.

Love this eyeliner
5I was a bit unsure about this product as some of the reviews aren't too good, however I am pleased to say that I love it. It's easy to use and stays on. I use the No7 sharpener to keep it pointy and it sharpens fine. It's lovely and soft and cheaper than the brand I previously used. I bought navy blue and have brown eyes. It looks lovely.

Great pencil
5I'm pretty sure I had some of those pencils few years ago. But I think I didn't like them. But now I bought it again and I absolutely love it! I think I might go to Boots tomorrow and browse other colors they have. It glides on so smoothly and stays on all day. A bit harder to get it off. But I really like the pencil.

Awful
1I received this eyeliner in a free gift after purchasing two No7 products. I have worn the eyeliner twice now. It's easy to apply, but does not last and is quite oily. Unfortunately, this product made my eyes red, sore and weepy on both occasions. I will not be using this product again.
