Good quality
4The brush is really good quality and is soft but sturdy. I use it for my eyeshadow, and it was great. It applied it really well, and didn't feel too harsh on my eyelids.

Great for the smokey eye novice
4I never thought I needed this brush but now I'd be lost without it. This smoky eye brush has soft densely packed brush hairs that can easily pack colour onto the crease or along the upper lash line. Where this won't replace my blending brushes, this is a great little addition to my brush collection to aid my smokey eye attempts and I also love using this for applying brow powder/eyeshadow in my brows as it is much more natural looking as a result.

A good brush
3I'm not normally one for using eye shadows, so I'm unsure how effective this one is. First impressions, it was different to the usual eye shadow applicator and wasn't sponge but a brush. Eye shadows went on well, however it was hard to get a thin line, if you prefer this style.

Love this brush
5Really nice smooth easy brush to use, recommended to blend that perfect smokey eye look as it easily lets you use precision because of the short bristles. After trying several brushes I shall defiantly keep using this one!

A good makeup brush
3This is a good quality brush, although I do prefer mine a little softer normally. It is a little bit pricey for what it is, but I did find it easy to blend shadow with to create that smokey effect.

Excellent brush!
5This brush is amazing! It blends eyeshadow colours so well! Can't wait to try out some more No.7 brushes, I'm impressed already. It's really soft so it doesn't scratch your eye lids and holds enough colour on the brush for a perfect application.

A really handy must have!
5This brush is definitely a makeup bag essential- it helps to create a perfect smokey eye look so effortlessly. I love the fact that the brush is so firm yet soft on the skin so that usage doesn't irritate the eyes. The firmness allows for an accurate smudge without the look looking sloppy. I love the design of the brush because it is very sleek and elegant. I also don't think that the price of this brush is bad as it's a lot cheaper than competitor products. I now use this brush as part of makeup routine every time i want a smokey eye effect. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who wants to recreate an effortless smokey effect.

quality product with precise results
5Great with eye liner and shadows, can be used for both with good effect. Short firm bristles (feel soft but means they dont fall out) make it easy to be very precise and perfect every time. Take a look at the boots.com/giveitago video on smokin eyes as that's really helpful!
