Packaging design fault ruins decent product
1While the product is nice the packaging renders this skin illuminator a useless buy. Read other reviews but cant emphasise this point enough. Received as gift & was really delighted with the illuminator. Nice texture, applies to skin well & does have some brightening effect. But the second time I used it (after operating the brush correctly just like the other reviewers) I ended up with most of the contents splurged all over the lid and brush. So a lot of the product is wasted, you use more than you wanted & poking my fingers in the lid to scoop out the contents isnt what i had in mind when I read box and it says it has a brush applicator. Hope Boots listen to all the reviews as the packaging ruins this product. Honestly really disappointed.

Good product, bad packaging
4I love the product, it really gives a 'lift' to the complexion BUT - the bottle and pump were MUCH better, please can we have it back.

class glass to drastic plastic
1what have you done? ruined a fab product in a wonderful glass bottle that felt expensive,cool sexy and hygienic,and put it into a plastic tube with a messy un-hygenic useless brush.It feels like ive spent two pounds on this product not over ten pounds.However much i love this cream product i will not buy it again in this packaging it feels tacky and tainted stop messing with the good stuff!! look at the reviews its not just me please put it back in the glass, with that smooth pump action, delivering the right amount ,with a wipe clean spout. dont you understand its the whole thing that makes us feel good.WHAT A DISASTER!

LOVE IT BUT...
4Really love the product- adds a glow to my skin! However I cannot see the point in the brush. Its very messy and makes controlling the amount you squeeze out so difficult. 5 STARS IF YOU LOSE THE BRUSH!!

Illuminator
3This is a nice skin illuminator and I bought both shades because I like the liquid products a lot more for highlighting than the powder ones. You need to be careful with this because if you sqeeze too much it it could get very messy. I think I still prefer Clinique and Benefit products but this is a decent effort from No7.

No 7, STOP USING THAT BRUSH !!!
2Such a good product but it's so messy with the brush and waste a lot of product which is getting dry ,stuck into the brush. That was A VERY BAD IDEA

2Although I like this product, the brush is very messy. Even though I made sure I closed it after use, it still clogged up and when I tried to squeeze it out it burst and went all over me!

Not as good as before
4I do like this product, but I preferred the bottle with the pump. There doesn't seem to be as much in the tube as before.

A versatile summer essential
4This isn't just a great product for imparting a healthy glow to the face; it also works really well on the chest, collarbones and shoulders to bring out accentuate the natural luminescence of a tan - perfect for a bit of glitz on a hazy summer evening. Though it doubles up as a good make-up base, it's more suited for normal to dry skin. Oily/combination skin can become shiny within a couple of hours. Overall it's a great product - but do make sure you buy the right shade for your skin tone!

Why has it changed?
4I have been using this product for a couple of years and loved it. It went on beautifully and covered a mulititude of sins! I went to buy some more a couple of months ago, and the packaging has changed! It was in a lovely glass bottle with pump action which allowed you to control how much you dispensed, now with the brush top, too much comes out so I am wasting a lot and the brush gets very messy. If I use it according to instructions, I end up with too much on. If there was nothing wrong with the original design, why change it?!
