Encouraged to try this by make up consultant in store. Brought it home and appears empty. I thought perhaps it was the way the wand picked up the liquid but after shaking the wand it is bone dry. Very disappointed. Didn’t keep the receipt as didn’t expect a mascara to be empty on purchasing! Would like to try again as what liquid was on the brush did appear to give a good effect, but not sure it’s worth the risk. A waste of money.

I've tried for the last 6 weeks to start loving this mascara but its just not happening. Its difficult to apply: if you use too much it just sticks your lashes together. The brush is awful: its uncomfortable to use as the 'bristles' are too short and stiff. I have quite long natural lashes and no matter what i try, my lashes seem to dry straight rather than with a nice curl. One good thing is if you wash your face with water ... it comes off very easily. However, try to remove it by any other means and its a completely different story! Would i recommend this to family and friends? Not if they want a pretty eye look, no!

Really disappointed in this mascara. Wand shape doesn't really work for me and the formula seems pretty poor too - goes on really clumpy and then flakes off as the day goes on. What a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend at all!

This mascara ruined my lash extensions ... couldn't get it off!

I think this mascara flakes more than other products I’ve tried, despite it being touted as ‘flake proof’. I’ve used this for a month now and after applying at around 9am I can almost guarantee that flakes will appear below my eyes by lunch time. It does have a good appearance and gives thick lashes and I think it may have fibres. It’s very easy to wash off and doesn’t irritate which is positive. In all, i do think it lives up to its claims and cheaper brands may do a better job.

The mascara itself went on fine and I was happy with the look and appearance. However, after using for 2 days I noticed that my lashes were considerably shorter than they were before and many are now missing. I’m discussed in this product and the damage it has caused to my lashes- very disappointing boots!!

Was looking for a small wand and forgot that I had bought one of these a couple of years ago and thrown it away. It has not improved. Just clumped my eyelashes together, no definition, very disappointed

I bought this one, as I couldn't remember which one I'd had previously. Really don't like it. I find it clumpy and seems to take a long time to dry. In addition, removing this is a nightmare - always concerned that I may be pulling my eyelashes out. I won't buy again, but I have purchased the 'right' No.7 mascara now!

Normally I love No7 as I have all their cleansers but this mascara didn't give a natural look as it stuck all my eyelashes together, it also was a nightmare getting off and sometimes I'd pull my eyelashes out trying to get it off. I understand it's waterproof so it is meant to be more difficult to get off but this was just too much. It came off my eyelashes in clumps unlike normal mascaras.

This does not do anything for my eyelashes, in fact some came out when i was taking it off. Clumpy and not the usual no 7 standard. I will be returning it.
