The brush is absolutely tiny and not curved to the shape of the eye in any way, which makes putting it on really fiddly and takes twice as long. The little bristles are so tiny that they don't even touch my lashes, which again makes it much harder to apply and why bother when there are so many great products out there. In all fairness it dried quickly once I got it on, but that was about the only good point. The tube is tiny so you really don't get much for the price you pay and it just generally didn't look very good. Very disappointed as I am actually a fan of this brand.

I'll give No.7 points for the accuracy of the name 'Stay Perfect' as once it's on your lashes, it's not budging. I have quite long lashes and most mascaras leave a smudgy residue at the top of my eye sockets, but this one didn't. It also didn't flake off at any point in the day. Great! Now the bad stuff... It's like brushing on glue to your eye lashes. The reason it 'Stays Perfect' is because of this glue. My lashes were clumped together and looked ridiculous. The mascara wand was also pretty rubbish. In summary, good in theory but rubbish in reality.

Always buy no7 products and thought i'd try this when my mascara ran out. Used twice then returned it, when washing off the residue is very sticky and my eyelashes came off with it! Really awful.

My first experience of waterproof masacara for a few years and I am very disappointed. Not cheap. An expensive mistake. The overall look is of 'clumpy ' lashes and I hate the idea of removal with warm water. It didn't work very well for me, found myself having to scrape it off with my fingernails, removing eyelashes as well! One of my few disappointments with No 7 products.

When I purchased this mascara I was hoping for long voluminous lashes.... no such luck! You can only put one coat on and that doesnt even go on smoothly and evenly. Just looked darker and clumpier. As for taking the mascara off - dont think they should be banging on about how brill that is either - half of my lashes came off with "the tubes"! I was absolutely terrified to continue trying to take the rest off - thought I would have no lashes left by the end of it all. I have been using mascara for at least 20 years and I have never had my lashes come away like they did after using this product. Extremely disappointed - cant believe the money I paid for such a poor product.

Yes the mascara stays on but it is a very ordinary finish that it gives your lashes. But as for getting it off i just hav'nt got that much time or that much money to be running the tap to get enough hot water. In the long run a chanel mascara would work out a bargain compared to this and give you a much better finish. I was gentle with the warm cotton wool but still managed to lose lashes taking the mascara off. I took mine back. When will i stop believing the hype!

I have a lot of mascaras and this has to be the worst one I've tried in ages! Left lashes clumped together, giving a short and stumpy look. Not good! Max factor's mascara could teach no7 mascara a thing or two!! Taking this back!

This was not a good product. It was quite expensive and promised great lashes. Instead, it did not add any volume at all!

This mascara barely builds up the lashes. It won't come off with eye-makeup remover, so much so I'd to check it wasn't waterproof. I with I could get my £13.50 back.

Baxter having other no7 mascaras I tried this. It’s absolutely awful, it certainly stays put you can’t remove it. So if like me at the end of a long day you like to remove mascara easily don’t buy this. it’s going in the bin
