This is the worst mascara I have ever used. You can only put one coat on which dries so quickly that any more applied just clumps the lashes together. It doesn't give the lashes any length or volume. And! As for taking it off, what a nightmare. Following the directions to remove I found it would not come off easily at all, and like a previous review my lashes came off as well. You end up with all the black tubes all over the eye area. Would definitely not recommend this mascara.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago without looking at reviews first.it is by far the worst mascara I have ever bought.it clumps .and when you try to take it off it appears to take your eyelashes off.would not recommend this product.will definately never buy again

I had high hopes when I purchased this mascara. As it says it does not smudge But unfortunately that is where the pro's end It is hard to apply, looks clumpy, does not lengthen or thicken lashes. It does flake. It is such a weird substance that when I first opened it I thought tube was empty and I had a dud It is really hard to remove without removing some of your own lashes too. And when you are of a certain age and no longer have your youthful lashes that is a complete No No Someone on a review ( which I wish I had read first ) said 'Maybe good for the pool or beach ' and yes that is about the nicest thing I could say too.

This mascara makes it look and feel like you have eyelash glue on your lashes! It's horrible!!! Very disappointed. Max factor false lash effect waterproof and maybellines rocket waterproof are the best I have tried

The mascara went on well but the removal is terrible. I buy no 7 mascara because it is hypo-allergenic and have very sensitive eyes. When you remove this mascara (with water only) the small flakes of mascara go everywhere-in your eyes, all down your face and all over the sink. It is very messy and I returned the mascara thankfully to be offered another kind free of charge. I would not recommend this if you have sensitive eyes!

I have been looking for a decent mascara for ages and unfortunately this isn't it. The wand is too long which makes application rather hazardous and messy. My eyelashes seem to clump together and look a mess, so I have consigned this particular mascara to the bin.

This product was so 'perfect' it clung to my lashes and they came out in clumps. It definitely didn't come off with water or even with make up removers.

Bought this with a no 7 voucher, would normally spend a little less on mascara, but this seemed to tick all the boxes. I have very long, fair lashes so bought the black/brown. Lashes looked "glued together" and clumpy. May suit those with shorter eyelashes, but not for me. Going in the bin!

I was politely recommended this mascara in store when trying to purchase my "Normal" mascara which is apparently discontinued. Having used this range for years this is by far the worse quality product I have ever encountered. Difficult to apply - horribly thin apology for an applicator - almost rubbery in texture and useless.. no definition- and horrendously hard to remove! bring back the previous range please!!

Sorry No7, I'm usually a fan...but this product is terrible. It's like PVA glue! Yes, it does stay put...but as other reviewers have said, it makes the lashes spidery and sticks them together. It adds very little volume or length and feels horrible. When you take it off, rather than dissolving, it comes off in strands, getting in your eyes and all over your face. Really not keen....will be returning it later today.
