I bought this 3 days ago having forgot that I bought it a couple of years ago and unfortunately it hasn't improved. Eye lashes don't get the volume it says, clumps them altogether and when removing it, it's takes lashes out. Definitely not worth the money!

Chose this as I was looking for a waterproof option but it does nothing for my lashes. Sticky, clumpy and very unnatural looking. It is waterproof though.

This mascara just didn't work for me! It clogged my lashes and I couldn't separate the lashes enough to get 2 coats on. And trying to take it off was a nightmare. I used water as instructed and that didn't really work: it took an age for the product to dissolve and when it did it broke down into fibres and ended up flaked all over- and in - my eyes. 2 different types of premium eye makeup removers couldn't even get the mascara off. It really didn't work for me. I've been using No.7 mascaras for years with no issues and this just seems to be the one that I can't get on with at all.

This is the worst mascara I have ever used. First coat sticks eyelash together. If you try to dry brush to separate, the mascara crumbles and you are left with black flecks . This really is a yuk mascara

Unpleasant to apply and had a spiky feel. Was aware it was on , felt uncomfortable . Was like wearing glue. Once applied sets hard. I use a lot of your products and so felt safe buying this. Bought 2 unfortunately as was on offer. Not pleasant to take off either. Thumbs down for this product.

This product is certainly long lasting, but I found it too clumpy for my liking and also hard to remove. After using makeup remover in the evening I'd wake up to find big crumbles of mascara around my eyes.

This mascara is terrible! It is basically like using black eyelash glue on your lashes. It not only flakes, but worse takes the whole lash away with it. Leaving you with little tubes of black all over your cheek, with your lash still inside. It's also terrible for building up - one layer goes on, usually OK, but if you try to do a second it will clump up terribly. I rarely throw a rubbish product out, I usually finish it and then never buy again. But I've had to throw this away.

Not happy with this product, the brush is very small and when applied only coated lashes with very thin layer making lashes look very spidery, no thickness.

Do not buy made my eyelashes come out! wanted to give this mascara no stars but I had to select something

Having used no7 for ever, I tried this instead of the usual intense volume, I now have several bald patches in my eyelashes! Yes I followed instructions for removal, this is the same routine i've used for 25 years and yes it does come of easily however with lashes attached!! What also makes the bald patches more visible is the fact they clump together on application so it looks like I have spider legs instead of lush lashes. Major disappointment!!
