I bought this as I have very sensitive eyes and am unable to tolerate eye makeup remover. I wanted something that stays put, removes easily with water, and does not hurt my eyes. Well, it does all that, and with a reasonable price tag to boot. Looking at other reviews I was concerned about taking it off as people seem to have found it difficult at times. I soaked two cotton wool pads in hand hot water, held them on my eyes for about 10secs, and off it came, without panda eyes. Would definitely recommend! Well done No7!

I bought it for a wedding so I could wear all day. It clumped straight away and looked awful. I removed it will either water or a face wipe and it came off in a weird way removing my eyelashes. I complained and Boots responded by saying that it is only to be removed with warm water in a pad. I appreciate this is what it says however a product should not damage your eyelashes in this way if used with water or a make up remover wipe. They have apologised and refunded me however I would not recommend it. I normally use No7 mascara and this is by far the most disappointing product.

I bought this mascara last week. When I first applied it, I was really pleased with the look it created. It lengthened my short eyelashes and didn't smudge or fade during the day. However, removing it was simply a disaster! I used warm water on a cotton pad as advised, but the mascara immediately flaked into loads of tiny black bits which went all over my eyes (and even inside my eyes leaving them itchy and dry all evening!) I haven't used it since and will be returning it to my store and hoping for a full refund as I believe this product is faulty! Really disappointed in No 7!

I have hardly any eyelashes and have always struggled with mascara smudging around my eyes. I use this to seal my preferred mascara on my top lashes and I can even put it on my bottom lashes so you can actually see them. Ive been using this for a few years and it is a godsend. Please don’t ever stop making it.

This is the worst mascarw ive ever bought. Clumpy, impossible to get off without half your eyelashes going with it, flakes off. A complete waste of money.

Rubber like consistency.eye lashes clump together and can't get it off

I normally love No 7 make up, but this mascara is awful. Clumps eyelashes together, then pulls most of them out when washing it off, due to what can only be described as a rubbery texture. Used it for a few days but will have to throw it away before I have no eyelashes left!

I bought this 3 days ago having forgot that I bought it a couple of years ago and unfortunately it hasn't improved. Eye lashes don't get the volume it says, clumps them altogether and when removing it, it's takes lashes out. Definitely not worth the money!

Was looking for a small wand and forgot that I had bought one of these a couple of years ago and thrown it away. It has not improved. Just clumped my eyelashes together, no definition, very disappointed

I have used this mascara for a few years now & wouldnt be without it. When i laugh alot i end up crying! & before using this mascara i would have panda eyes when watching a comdian,or at the comedy club(not a good look) Also it doesnt budge (until i take it off) when i go on a spa day with all the swimming & going in steam rooms. I DONT find it clumpy or flakey & when a FEW people stay they worry they may loose eyelashes when removing the mascara i have NEVER had that problem
