Previously I have used a cheaper brand and wanted to treat myself. Was very dissappointed. Made my eyelashes feel spiky and horrible. Poor staying power too - within a couple of hours started flaking off. Not worth the money.

Generally don't like the type of applicator which this mascara comes with but after constantly ending up with a feint "panda eye" I thought I'd give this mascara a whirl. This stuff genuinely stays put all day! I even showered wearing it, not a smudge or a flake in sight. Well worth the money, great job Boots!

I bought this one, as I couldn't remember which one I'd had previously. Really don't like it. I find it clumpy and seems to take a long time to dry. In addition, removing this is a nightmare - always concerned that I may be pulling my eyelashes out. I won't buy again, but I have purchased the 'right' No.7 mascara now!

This is the first mascara I've had that doesn't smudge or flake off. The volume isn't as good as I hoped but it comes off great with warm water without pulling my eyelashes out (unlike other more expensive ones I've used) I'll be buying this again

Chose this as I was looking for a waterproof option but it does nothing for my lashes. Sticky, clumpy and very unnatural looking. It is waterproof though.

I bought this after reading the reviews and watching the video on removing it and have not been disappointed. I wanted a mascara that would have great staying power but without any flaking, I dread bits of make up getting in my eyes if I'm wearing my contacts. This mascara adds definition and lengthens but I wouldn't say it adds volume. I liked the small brush. I followed the advice of another reviewer, doing just one eye to start and making sure the lashes were separated and I had enough coverage before moving on. It was a great tip, the product doesn't dry before you are finished and I avoided any clumping doing it this way. If I had tried to go back for a second coat later it would have been difficult. It worked brilliantly, no flaking, smudging or bits in my eyes all day. It's easy to remove with warm water and cotton wool pads or a flannel but does take a bit of getting used to! A little bit did come off with my make up wipes but to do it properly you MUST use warm water. It does tell you that! I probably won't use this every day but it will definitely be my 'go to' if I want staying power or am wearing my lenses.

The lady in the shop recommended me this mascara, after I asked for one that was waterproof which gave lots more length as I have naturally short lashes... But I was disappointed as it made me look like I didnt even have mascara on, and cheaper brands i've bought in the past have much more added length. However it is clump free. Not good for sensitive eyes though.

Sticky, clumpy, awful mascara - just sticks lashes together with no separation! Lashes looked like fences at the Grand National! Felt like they had been coated in concrete. Stay perfect...I don't think so....it doesn't go on perfectly so no chance of staying that way! Back to Max Factor for me!

Wish I had both read reviews and the small print on the product before I bought. Not worth the good appearance on when it removes with minute and stubborn waxy debris around the eyes which I can't see without my magnifying mirror but others can...
