I bought this instead of my usual no7 mascara. It has huge clumps and looks awful. Also it sticks to your eyelashes and then when wiping the mascara off it pulls out your eyelashes with the clumps. It made my eyes feel really sticky and heavy. I definitely would not recommend and will not buy again! Ruined my eyelashes!

I bought this after reading the reviews and watching the video on removing it and have not been disappointed. I wanted a mascara that would have great staying power but without any flaking, I dread bits of make up getting in my eyes if I'm wearing my contacts. This mascara adds definition and lengthens but I wouldn't say it adds volume. I liked the small brush. I followed the advice of another reviewer, doing just one eye to start and making sure the lashes were separated and I had enough coverage before moving on. It was a great tip, the product doesn't dry before you are finished and I avoided any clumping doing it this way. If I had tried to go back for a second coat later it would have been difficult. It worked brilliantly, no flaking, smudging or bits in my eyes all day. It's easy to remove with warm water and cotton wool pads or a flannel but does take a bit of getting used to! A little bit did come off with my make up wipes but to do it properly you MUST use warm water. It does tell you that! I probably won't use this every day but it will definitely be my 'go to' if I want staying power or am wearing my lenses.

I bought this mascara at the weekend and it’s safe to say I wish I’d checked the reviews first. Yes it goes on evenly however it doesn’t really do anything for my lashes. It doesn’t add to either the look of volume or length so very disappointing. Its not the best to remove, I’ve found that you have to sort of pull at your lashes then it comes off in elastic like, stretchy pieces. I find it takes longer than it should to wash off and leaves my eyes sore from the process.

Bought with 3 for 2 offer, terrible product. Clumpy lashes, no length to lashes, just looks a mess. I've just put it down to experience and binned it.

This was the only waterproof Boots mascara on offer at my local branch (Windsor) and I bought it in spite of not getting a clear explanation as to how it could be both waterproof but removable with water. The answer is that it comes off with great difficulty, needing repeated wipes with water soaked pads as little bits flake off. This takes a while and it's then necessary to use eye make-up remover to deal with eye shadow and liner. OK to apply and wear but otherwise a real faff. At twice the price, not a great substitute for Seventeen waterproof mascara which is either out of stock or discontinued (again no clear explanation). That worked well and came off with a couple of swipes of oil-based remover.

This mascara is the only mascara that doesn't smudge and leave me with panda eyes!! Every single mascara I've tried from high end to drugstore has always left black circles around my eye apart from this one, would definitely reccommend.

Have deliberately waited a bit before reviewing. Bought this over a month ago now, despite the mixed reviews, as I was tempted by the 'stay perfect' promise! So...you CAN only put one coat on....but once you learn this and you do a 'thorough' and careful one coat, it's fine. It truly does stay perfect all day. And I've had no problems with removal, a cotton pad soaked in warm (almost hot) water works just fine...if the water's too cool it won't come off easily. I'll be honest, when I first bought and tried this, I thought I'd made a huge mistake...but now I love it!

I ll keep it short and sweet , this is not for me i already have quite long eyelashes and this product just clumped them together, did not like the look it gave, bit disappointing from No 7 usually there products are great

This mascara is quite literally perfect. I have wasted so much money on mascaras which smudge in the course of the day. This one stays put no matter what. I can't recommend it highly enough.

This is the best mascara ever for day wear. Its quick & easy to apply, stays on all day without smudging or flaking even in hot humid weather. I love being able to take it off with warm water. Please note it comes off in tubes, thats how it coats your lashes. I have NOT had any lashes come out when taking it off. There is no need to rub just hold a warm water moist cotton wool pad over your lashes for a minute & gently wipe down towards your cheek. I dont have long or thick lashes but it gives me enough coverage for day time. Its gold colour packaging looks expensive & easy to find in my makeup bag. If your looking for a lengthening mascara that you can apply several coats of, its not for you..
