For 20 years I’ve struggled to find a mascara that doesn’t give me panda eyes at the end of each day. This mascara is my saviour. It isn’t conventional in the way you take it off which is why I think some of the reviews are bad. It goes on like fibres and comes off like fibres. The best way to get it off is with water and a face wash. Do not try rubbing it off, you’ll make your eyes sore. Comes off dead easy with water and a face wash. I would never use anything else now and if I could I would give this product a 10*. It doesn’t give the most dramatic results but I think the lack of panda eyes far outweighs that.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but this product is so disappointing that I felt compelled to do so. Although the product is easy to apply, the hard, un-flared brush leads to eyelashes looking sparse and clumped together. It looked like I had less eyelashes than to begin with and could feel it weighing heavily on my lashes all day. My eyelashes were left so crispy that it felt like putting black super glue on my eyes - I couldn't wait to take it off. It did stay on all day but I rather wish it hadn't. I tried to pick it off during the day because it felt so uncomfortable but I advise not to do this as this is when your own lashes come out! After soaking with water it does come off in tubes as stated by the product but I will not be wearing this product again due to overall effect, look and feel of it.

Sadly this mascara isn’t up to the mark applies poorly clumpy and sticks to your eyelashes like glue. I have small blonde eyelashes and and after applying i have two two spiders on my eyes. Terrible. I’d ask for a refund if ii could! Even taking this off with micellar water pulls my eye lashes out too. Avoid.

Best mascara ever! Never smudges and you can get 2 days out of it , if you keep warm water away from your eyes. Easy to remove with warm water, been using this for 2 years now. Only problem is brush is small so takes a few mins to build it up, but lovely finish at the end :)

Best mascara ever. No panda eyes. Great length and shape. Have tried every brand and this is the best.

I bought this from my local boots store yesterday. Am very disappointed. It’s pretty much unusable, as when applying it the lashes are covered in clogs, so just lumpy covered lashes which then bits fall off and scatter around the eyes. Not a good look. I will try to return this.

Worst mascara I've ever used. Its clumpy and does not remove easily with just warm water, as advised by the Boots assistant. It leaves black blobs all over the face like as if your eye lashes have fallen out - absolutely horrid, horrid, horrid. Does not come off at all with water, remover, or anything else. Leaves panda eyes, Waste of 13 pounds as I've thrown it away - couldn't use it any longer.

I’ve used various No.7 mascaras in the past but never hated one so much that I threw it away within a week! No idea what’s in the formula but thoughout the day it kind of peels off in little lumps. Very strange & total waste of money.

I never normally do reviews but I love this product. It stays on, dies not smudge like other mascaras and cones off easily in shower with warm water in seconds. No panda eyes or multiple wipes with makeup remover. If you literally remove with warm water it does not damage your eyelashes at all. Did not give five stars as needs two coats and not the best volume. Practical everyday wear. I will buy again

I bought this for my wedding as I knew there was going to be tears. Essentially, the reviews I’ve read on this mascara are accurate which might leave you torn. I found it pretty indestructible. It does what it’s supposed to but the look it gives isn’t great. It’s not really volumising or lengthening so a pretty average look. I therefore only used it for my bottom lashes on my wedding day as natural looking falsies did a better job. It’s difficult to get off if you want the simplicity of using a make up wipe. Basic wipes won’t budge it. You need a lot of moisture and then end up picking at your eyelashes to get the excess off - hence why people have said it ruins your lashes. The fluid is almost rubbery and elastic so it doesn’t smudge in application but can leave big chunks on your skin - simple wait for it to dry a little and it will come straight off without moving any other make up. I wouldn’t buy it again because I think it’s weird.
