I was disappointed when I went into boots about a month ago to get my usual Pink Cleanser which I normally bought in bottles of 3 at a time, only to be told the product was no longer available! There was a new cleanser and the member of staff let me take some home to try before I bought it. I have got to say it is nowhere near like the pink cleanser which was thick and creamy and was excellent for taking my makeup off and leaving my skin feeling fresh and soft. Why would Boots take an excellent product off the shelves to be replaced by a cream that is nothing like the old one! I will be looking for a new cleanser unfortunately.

I used the "pink" version and was told by an assistant this is the same product but the bottle had changed colour, not so. This is thinner and not so creamy, I find it not so good at taking make up off, so I will now be looking for another brand.

I too am really disappointed by the new cleansing product. Having used Soft and Soothed Cleanser for years I would have stockpiled it if I'd known it was going out of production. The new product is astringent and, worse, perfumed, why add fragrance to a cleanser? (Or any lotion), very disappointing.

Not good for my skin. Leave red and blotchy. Soft and soothed was amazing, this is not!

If you have sensitive skin, it takes so long to find a skincare product that suits your skin.the soft and soothing cleanser was comforting while cleansing your pores.even when removing makeup it dosent dry skin.this new purple cleanser is nothing compared and it dries skin and dose not feel hydrating. You are loosing yourself alot of customers by not bringing back alot of guaranteed loyal customers who when we find a product we can use we stick with it.

Every time I use it, my skin tingles immediately & feels irritated afterwards. Cannot use it & will now have to shop elsewhere. Please bring back Soft & Soothed!
