Not good for my skin. A very poor substitute for Soft and Soothed cleanser which was brilliant. Bring it back please!

I have used soft and soothed cleanser for many years and it was perfect for my skin. I am so frustrated that this new replacement cleanser is perfumed and drys my sensitive skin out. I am currently trying out numerous different brands to find something suitable. Please, please no 7 bring back soft and soothed

Totally agree with other reviews. I suffer from excema so very sensitive skin. Loved the pink cleaner/toner, not skin felt and looked really good. I recommended it to friends and family. This blue replacement has ruined my skin, total mess of dry, red blotches, ended up on steroids to clam it down. Gone back to Clarins.

I always used the pink cleanser which could be used for eyemakup too. This new one I was assured was perfume free so what is the fragrance? I've used it once and now have sore skin. Will not be buying again. In fact this one is going in the bin.

I much prefer the last cleanser soft and soothed to this newer formulated cleanser.With this one it states not to use around eyes,soft and soothed cleanser took my eyemake up off aswell and no fragrance was just perfect.This new bottle im not keen on the colour of packaging and dropping 2 stars.PLEASE,PLEASE bring back soft and soothed for me it was so much better on my sometimes sensitive skin.

I was disappointed when I went into boots about a month ago to get my usual Pink Cleanser which I normally bought in bottles of 3 at a time, only to be told the product was no longer available! There was a new cleanser and the member of staff let me take some home to try before I bought it. I have got to say it is nowhere near like the pink cleanser which was thick and creamy and was excellent for taking my makeup off and leaving my skin feeling fresh and soft. Why would Boots take an excellent product off the shelves to be replaced by a cream that is nothing like the old one! I will be looking for a new cleanser unfortunately.

I used the "pink" version and was told by an assistant this is the same product but the bottle had changed colour, not so. This is thinner and not so creamy, I find it not so good at taking make up off, so I will now be looking for another brand.
