I picked this up off the shelf in my local Boots thinking it was the same one I always buy. It was only when I got home and opened the box then realised something was different. The clear container which was really useful to see how much product was left has been changed. Then I looked at the container and discovered it was a completely different, new product. The previous Beautiful Skin Hot Cloth cleanser felt luxurious and moisturising yet very gentle. This new version feels greasy and the ingredients just seem cheap or poor quality, and didn't leave my skin feeling soft afterwards like the old one. I also had a small outbreak later in the day in an area on my face I wouldn't ever get outbreaks. Not happy at all with this. I hope they withdraw it and bring back the previous one.

I have used the original hot cloth cleanser for years and found it to be even better than the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser. My skin was beautiful and the cleanser had a lovely creamy feel and clean smell. This new formula is terrible. It's oily and leaves my skin dried out and itchy, and within three days use I had a face full of spots. I have persevered for six weeks but I have binned it today. Terrible product. Bring back the old one!

Have used No7 products for years including the hot cloth cleanser and loved it. This new one is not a patch on the original one. Too thick and feels oily. The cloth is half the size too. Over the years had recommended to several friends but wouldn't recommend this one. What was the reason for the change or is it just change for change sake. Bring back the original one please.

The Beautiful Skin hot cloth cleanser was my ultimate skincare buy, I have sensitive skin and have tried a *lot* of cream cleansers - I went through countless tubes and recommended it for years to anyone that would listen. When I learned the product had been discontinued I rushed to my nearest Boots store and was informed by those on the No 7 counter that the product had simply been renamed and repackaged and is now sold under a different name - I was skeptical but went ahead with a purchase. The Radiant Results hot cloth cleanser is heavily fragranced and has a different formulation that just doesn't work as well and sadly really irritates my skin. So disappointed that my all-time favourite has disappeared for good.

I switched to this after using the previous ‘beautiful skin’ formula for years and I’m not sure what has happened but the new formula is thick and oily. It does not agree with my skin and has left me with red sore spots, not a good look! Please, please, please bring back the old formula, it worked miracles and was perfect!

What a dreadful upgrade this is. A very oily synthetic cleanser that has left my skin feeling odd. I switched to the Beautiful Skin Hot Cloth Cleanser after using Liz Earle for many years. Now Boots owns Liz Earle they seemed to have upped the look and price of the No7 range either to compete with their own brand or to add more profits as this new version has very similar colour packaging and price tag. The £3 price rise and the smaller muslin cloth is another let down. I will be returning this product and be on the hunt for a Hot Cloth Cleanser that doesn’t react with my sensitive acne prone skin. Bring back the original Beautiful Skin!
