If it's not broke don't try to fix it . it's not as good as the e first hot cloth so won't be buying again sorry

I though that a hot cloth cleanser would include a cloth but it didn't. The pump action did not work so when I broke it open to get at the cream there wasn't a tube going from the pum action at the top of the bottle to the bottom. Therefore the only way to pump the cream out of the bottle if to hold it upside down

Have used No7 products for years including the hot cloth cleanser and loved it. This new one is not a patch on the original one. Too thick and feels oily. The cloth is half the size too. Over the years had recommended to several friends but wouldn't recommend this one. What was the reason for the change or is it just change for change sake. Bring back the original one please.

I cannot believe Boots have discontinued No7 Beautiful Skin Hot Cloth Cleanser... What on earth were you thinking...? Radiant Results is definitely not a replacement... And although have tried LE (ridiculously expensive), find the fragrance overwhelming first thing in the morning... Much prefer the gentle start of No.7 BSHCC... PLEASE bring No7 Beautiful Skin Hot Cloth Cleanser back... thank you!

I have used the cleanser that this has replaced for years but this new one is no where as good, it's thick, greasy & the fragrance is very synthetic also it leaves my skin red & hot please please bring the old one back

Went in to pick up the old verion of the cleanser (beautiful cloth cleanser) to be told this was its replacement. The sales woman said she had no samples but this was the same product but with vitamins added. Well, I would rather not have the vitamins as now i am covered in spots! Not to mention the texture and smell is different. I am so annoyed at Boots not to mention the price increase of £3!! After reading the reviews below it makes sense now that Boots on LE they wantvus to buy this instead however, I wont be as i can get it cheaper than Boots elsewhere. Shame on you Boots!!!

I switched from LE last year after trying the old No7 beautiful skin hot cloth cleanser and loving it, and always stocking up on the 3-4-2 offer was a steal for such a great cleanser. I was surprised when I went into my local store to learning had been discontinued but the nice lady assured me I’d love the new formula and gave me a free sample to try. It’s very synthetic smelling and the texture was quite gel like and greasy compared to beautiful skin, my skin felt tight afterwards too which was not pleasant. So until they bring back beautiful skin, I’ll be moving back to trusty LE, and if this is a deliberate ploy from boots to get us to switch to LE now they sell it, I won’t be buying LE from boots as it’s cheaper elsewhere. Disappointing as I know lots of people who loved beautiful skin HCC :(

I bought this new product having previously used the Beautiful Skin hot cloth Cleanser but after one use I can tell the product has changed. My skin feels much tighter and dry.

Like other reviewers, I bought this product as a replacement of the Beautiful Skin hot cloth cleanser. That one worked great for my skin and helped me get much clearer skin than I had before. Sadly this is a different product which doesn't work as well for my face. It's supposed to have more benefits but I found it broke me out (having not changed anything else in my routine). I ended up buying the old version from a random seller just to get some time to find a better replacement. I hope boots bring back the old product alongside this one.

I bought this new version a week ago as they have discontinued my favourite beautiful skin hot cloth cleanser that left my skin looking and feeling wonderful . I am not impressed with this new version as it has caused me to break out something terrible . I will not be repurchasing this again . Please bring back the beautiful skin .
