I have used the beautiful skin hot cloth cleanser for a few years after us in Liz Earle one. It was lovely, fresh, creamy and gentle on my face. I confidently bought this new formula thinking it would be an improvement but sadly not. My skin isn't sensitive but it gives me a burning feeling and goes red. It is a completely different texture, not very nice. I highly rate most no7 skincare but am gutted about this change as I can't use it anymore.

I bought this product to use since I ran out of my Liz earl cleanse and polish to try something new. Have used once and won’t use again. The product is overly thick and fees greasy on the skin. As well as that the cloth which comes with the product is overly ruff to use on the skin daily. Would be good to exfoliate occasionally but not as a cloth to use daily.

I have used the original hot cloth cleanser for years and found it to be even better than the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser. My skin was beautiful and the cleanser had a lovely creamy feel and clean smell. This new formula is terrible. It's oily and leaves my skin dried out and itchy, and within three days use I had a face full of spots. I have persevered for six weeks but I have binned it today. Terrible product. Bring back the old one!

I used to love this cleanser until they changed the formula. Now it makes my skin really oily and I've stopped using it.

I had been very impressed with the previous version of this product and switched from Liz Earle’s version to this. Sadly I will be switching back, this product makes my face sting and brings out blotchy sore patches. Won’t buy again.

I’ve been a user of the old hotcloth cleanser for a long time and was the only cleanser that made my skin feel fresh and revived but this one is no good for my skin, it stings and caused me to have a breakout. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD ONE

This new cleanser is inferior to the original one which I loved and have used for years.It also costs more.Please bring back the original.

No7 hot cloth cleanser used to be my desert island no1 product, that I couldn’t live without. It was the only thing that left my greasy skin feeling clean and unblocked my clogged pores. This new version is awful. Look at the reviews please, please, and change it back!!

After using the original one for years and running out. I bought this be improved version a week ago. My skin is normally pretty good. Odd breakout at certain time of month. But in a week of using this new one my poor sensitive skin is suffering badly. I'm a 43 year old with the skin of a hormonal 15 year old. All spots and sore. The old one was perfect for sensitive skin... Please bring back the old formula. Or looks like sacking no7 and going back to Liz Earle. If something isn't broken why try fixing it??
