Not only do I not like the new packaging, my skin hates the new formulation. Red, itchy skin after one use, so returned it today. Noticed it no longer says hypoallergenic on the product. Please go back to the original, Boots!

I received this in a Christmas gift in a No 7 set. I ve used Liz Earle Hot cloth cleanser so I thought I would try it ..so glad I did ..its lovely and effectively cleans my skin without drying it out. Even better its on offer so I ordered 3 for £10 .. a brilliant price for a briliant product. Well done Boots.

Hi, I bought it today as part of star buy Boots gift set and used it for the first time and the result is awful as my skin went red and irritated. I do have a very sensitive and dry skin and No7 night cream for dry/very dry skin was quite good for my skin in the past, hence decided to try other No7 products for dry/very dry skin. Unfortunately the results turned out to be very disappointing for my type of skin.

I switched to this after using the previous ‘beautiful skin’ formula for years and I’m not sure what has happened but the new formula is thick and oily. It does not agree with my skin and has left me with red sore spots, not a good look! Please, please, please bring back the old formula, it worked miracles and was perfect!

Not only is this considerably more expensive than the great value product it replaced - it’s considerably worse. This doesn’t agree with my face at all and given the limited price difference will be returning to Liz Earl now.

I have always used the LE product but bought this when it was on offer to try instead. I found it very thick and it didn't remove my mascara. Did it once mascara was still on my eyes and black down my cheeks. Tried for a second time and it didn't even remove it from my cheeks.I had to use another cleanser to get it off. It also didn't leave my skin feeling very refreshed. I was very underwhelmed by this product and have stopped using it.

I loved the old No7 Hot Cloth Cleanser! I noticed a change in my skin since I started to this product, the texture is greasy and thick! I wouldn't recommend this to someone who gets hormonal spots, I ended up having red and sore spots since using this. Please bring back the old hot cloth cleanser, it was PERFECT

The Beautiful Skin hot cloth cleanser was my ultimate skincare buy, I have sensitive skin and have tried a *lot* of cream cleansers - I went through countless tubes and recommended it for years to anyone that would listen. When I learned the product had been discontinued I rushed to my nearest Boots store and was informed by those on the No 7 counter that the product had simply been renamed and repackaged and is now sold under a different name - I was skeptical but went ahead with a purchase. The Radiant Results hot cloth cleanser is heavily fragranced and has a different formulation that just doesn't work as well and sadly really irritates my skin. So disappointed that my all-time favourite has disappeared for good.

I have to disagree with all the negative reviews about the new formulation. I used both the old version and now the new and if anything, I think I prefer the new formulation. I find it to be very gentle and I have extremely sensitive skin. I love the texture of this as it is easy to massage in to the skin for a really deep yet gentle cleansing action and best of all it rinses clean away, unlike the Liz Earle, which requires carefully removing with a hot cloth. You could use this without the muslin cloth as it is not actually necessary since the product rinses clean so easily. I have tried many high end cleansers, which have been very expensive and this beats them all hands down. It works brilliantly, is very gentle and rinses clean away so makes it quick and easy to use with no fuss. I will continue to use this as it is now my favourite cleanser of all time, and finally feel I have found one I will stay loyal to, as there is no reason to switch.

I used the old version for years and loved it, it was gentle enough on my sensitive skin but still left my skin feeling clean and not at all tight. I cannot get on with this one so another customer making the switch back to liz Earle!
