I use this as a male who suffers really bad irritation after shaving and this works wonders. I apply the cleanser after shaving my face and leave it to absorb in and then wipe away with the muslin cloth. It leaves my skin feeling really soft and clean and it really helps reduce the redness and irritation

I got given the old cleanser as a christmas present a few years back and it cleared my skin up instantly it was amazing! ran out so i decided to buy this as the old one got discontinued, this new cleaner gave me spots and made my skin blochy and itchy i definitely wouldn’t recommend. i’ve seen a few reviews similar to this one and was surprised at how many people had the same experience, for those wanting the old cleanser i seen some people are selling it on depop that’s where i bought another one :) PLEASE NO7 BRING BACH THE OLD CLEANSER

No problems with reaction to this, and I honestly can't tell that the forumula has changed.

I was given a gift set with this product two months ago and have been using it since. I have sensitive skin and have have no reaction. I love the creamy texture. I do tend to cleanse first with a make up remover but then massage this into my skin, leave for a second or two and then use the hot cloth. Brings off any final residue make up and my skin feels clean, fresh and soft.

I use numerous no7 products and thought I'd give this a try. The minute I put it on my skin started to burn and now my face is all marked and sore! Wish I'd checked online before buying it in store

I usually use Liz Earle cleanse and polish but this is so much cheaper plus I got 3 for the price of 2. I see others say it’s not as good as the old version which I never tried. This is lovely on my skin gets my makeup off and doesn’t make my face feel dry. I’m definitely a convert

I'd used the old hot cloth cleanser for years, and it was lovely - this new one brought me out in a combination of spots and itchy, flaky skin within a few days of starting to use it (I'd not changed anything else, so it must have been this). Please change back to the old formula, Boots!

I cannot believe they have the changed the formula! The Beautiful Skin hot cloth cleanser was amazing, it removed all my makeup, was gentle and left my skin feeling clean and soft. This new formula is not good, why add more unnecessary ingredients that now irritate my skin. Please bring back the old version Boots.

I got this for Christmas and I love it. My skin is much healthier. My beautician asked what I was using as my skin was so good. I have incredibly sensitive skin.
