I bought this a couple of weeks ago as my local store doesn’t have Liz Earle. Really pleased with it so far and will buy again. My skin is extremely sensitive, and prone to dryness. Changing to this and protect and perfect moisturiser has made a massive difference. Well done No7.

Having used both the old and new formulas I really don't understand all the negative comments. The new cleanser works exactly the same as the old, I haven't noticed a difference. It's not too thick and cleanses my skin perfectly leaving it feeling soft and smooth. Having suffered with hormonal acne during menopause (what a joy) this product soothed my skin and I noticed no adverse affects at all. My only gripe is the size of the wash cloth which seems to shrink every 12 months or so, any smaller and it will soon be the size of a postage stamp hence the four stars not five, still love the cleanser though.

I have for years used Boots beautiful skin cleanser which has sadly been discontinued so I tried the No7 Radiant results hot cloth cleanser and I hate it. It’s far too thick and gloopy and drags the skin and makes my eyes terribly itchy. Please bring back Beautiful Skin cleanser. I am now looking elsewhere.

always used no 7 hot cloth cleanser....it wad amazing..had been using another cheaper brand and decided to try the no 7 one again ...big mistake....its been reformulated and makes my eyes itchy and gritty and skin dry and tight....and at the price it is was an expensive mistake.....why Boots did you alter the original.......in the bin it goes.... . .

I had beautiful skin cleanser with a box set and absolutely loved it. My skin felt clean and it removed all my make up, yet it still felt soft and “beautiful”. Went back into store to buy more only to be shown this as it’s better alternative, it’s awful !!! My skin feels raw & hot after use, makes my eyes water, far to severe. Also it does not easily remove my mascara. I will be returning this after two uses. Do not waste your money ,j

I started to use this again after a year of using Liz Earle and I’ve found it better than Liz Earle especially for getting eye makeup off and my face feels really clean. My only gripe is I wish it came with a decent cloth rather than the tiny excuse for a cloth it actually comes with as it’s totally useless!

Purchased this today and used already. Left my skin feeling really smooth and shiny very pleased.

Doesn't smell nice and I'll be so pleased when I've finished it. Please bring back the Beautiful Skin version which was lovely, or I'll definitely be purchasing my next facial wash elsewhere.

Why have you reformulated this product! This new formula is awful, it left my skin tight and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this especially to anyone with sensitive or problematic skin issues.

Just finished my first bottle of this, has cleared up my skin completely and given me more of a glow. I’ve had so many compliments on my skin recently! 10/10 recommend
