I LOVE this stuff! I have very sensitive skin, anything with perfume or chemicals that arent natural destroy my face, this cleanser is so gentle, leaves your skin feeling smooth, clean & soft if used correctly & it is brilliant to get make up out of your pores. Been using it for about 6-7 years now & I'll never use anything else!

I’m an acne sufferer and this is gentle enough to not aggravate my skin and actually calms it down with no irritation or burning and doesn’t dry out the skin, love it

I have always used this product and I thought this was the same but it has totally changed its horrible I went from liz Earle to this product .I'll now be going back .why change something that's so good .

I have been using this product for a while. I have noticed it does not take my make off effectively. I have moved to a cleanser oil (orgins) never looked back. This product is not worth purchasing.

Amazing cheaper alternative to the Liz Earle favourite!

I always used Liz E hot cloth cleanser but after some debatable chemicals reported in it and my bf not liking the smell I decided to try a new one. My Mum recommended the Boots hot cloth and it took a week to be convinced. My face always feels smooth, fresh and revitalised after using this. Since its run out I've actually missed it and the replacement cheaper option I have doesn't leave my skin feeling as clean or fresh. Sorry to hear some customers have had issues using this product, I have sensitive skin and use Simple wipes and toner with this product.(And very specific washing detergent too). Highly recommended!

I’ve been using this for years and haven’t noticed a difference in the formula. I use a separate eye makeup remover first, then use this all over my face, including my eyes, and have no adverse reaction to it. The cloth is a little puny so I use a flannel. It’s so quick and does a great job.

I have always used liz Earle cleanser in the past but was trying to save a bit of money so decided to try no 7. I can honestly say I prefer it, the texture is thicker and creamier it felt lovely to massage it into my skin. face felt clean and soft afterwards. The cloth could do with being a little bit larger but for the price and size it’s well worth it. A lot of the reviews were quite negative but in my opinion I thought it was great and I have also got a bit more money in my purse!

Got this free and was a bit alarmed by the reviews so was dubious about using it. However, there is a warning on it to avoid the eyes and it is actually an effective cleanser which leaves my very sensitive skin feeling soft and pleasant. I’ve not used the predecessor product so can’t comment on how this compares, however, in my view it does not warrant the negative comments. Would I buy it again? I’m not sure because the warning about eyes and the eye related comments does trouble me.

I nervously bought this after reading the negative reviews as I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser. I don’t understand what all the negativity is about! It’s a lovely product and left my skin feeling really healthy. I’ve been using it for two weeks now and no sign at all of irritation or sensitivity. Compared to the Liz Earle product the only differences are the price (this is cheaper for a bigger bottle!), this doesn’t seem to be scented whereas the Liz Earle has an aromatherapy oil scent and this can’t be used on the eye area whereas the Liz Earle can. Much more affordable replacement and will buy again.
