having tried the previous HCC I decided to try this. It feels so beautiful on the skin, dispensing just the right amount in 2 pumps so very little waste. My skin felt really smooth after ...not dry or tight. Great price point..love it! Well done again Boots

Bit confused by all of the bad reviews but I haven't tried the old formula. This is a rich creamy cleanser which feels very luxurious and I use it either to remove face makeup which it manages to do or I use it as a second cleanse and leave it on my skin for a few minutes whilst massaging it in and then I remove it with a warm muslin cloth. I have really sensitive skin and react to even things such as the body shop aloe range! This hasn't given me any issues whatsoever even from the first few uses. It doesn't give me any breakouts. I'd say I use it about 3 or 4 times a week as it's something I leave on rather than just a quick wash and rinse. I have dry skin and I'm 24

I have extremely sensitive skin prone to eczema and break outs and this cleanser is perfect to give you that extra hydro-boost! I love to use this after an exfoliating face mask or when I’ve been in the sun all day to make sure I get the moisture I need back in my skin. Love this cream as part of my weekly face routine!

I received this product as part of a gift set at Christmas. It is a fabulous cleanser! which I have continued to purchase to this day. Leaves my skin feeling soft & refreshed after use. Fully takes my make-up off after a long day at work (no need to double cleanse). I have sensitive skin so have to be really careful on what products I use - this does not aggravate my face in any way. Thank you No7! you get a 10 out of 10 from me!

I bought this after watching an influencer use it online. I thought I would give it a try and it is less than half the price of the cleanser I was using. I was not disappointed, it’s so refreshing but also moisturing.

Oh boy Boots, you've done me wrong! I used this for years before switching to a oily balm cleanser. Recently I've longed for that luxurious creamy, spa like experience this offered so happily returned to No.7. What have you done, Why, When, WHY!! This is nothing even close to the original formula. Nevermind all us sensitive skin folk I'd say if you have, well...skin, avoid this bad boy. It's not worth taking a chance.I am optimistic though this will help strip that stubborn paint from my stairway bannisters, so it won't go to waste.

I used Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser for years and was pleased with it but I always struggled with congested skin, especially around my nose. I then read that cocoa butter, which is one of the key ingredients, is terrible for clogging pores. I therefore set about finding a cleanser that doesn’t contain this, and found this Boots hot cloth cleanser that contains shea butter instead and I have seen a big improvement. It is also cheaper for double the amount, so is really a no-brainer!

I was bought this in a set for Christmas and will definitively continue to use and buy this out of the set infuture. I have acne prone and sensitive dry skin and I can see the difference in only the 7 days which it promises to see results. I use it day and night. I also love the cloth but it needs to be made BIGGER and for now is the only downside. As with all things and types we are all different and it won't suit everyone, but it certainly seems to agree with my skin type.
