Skin irritation & burn
1I got this as part of a collection of creams for Christmas and was really excited to use it. I have only been able to use it twice and cannot wear it anymore because it burns my skin. It says it is suitable for sensitive skin but this is clearly not true - when dabbing under the eye the skin is quickly irritated and has a burning sensation which is extremely painful. the pain goes after about 30 seconds but this is clearly not good for your skin at all! DO NOT PURCHASE.

Caused irritation and pain
1After just two uses of this eye cream, my eye lids started to crack and become very irritated. My mother also bought some and had similar irritation.

Different Formula
2I bought three tubes of this "NEW" eye cream around two months ago. Unfortunately it is nothing like the original. It is very drying and causes your foundation and eye make up to bobble into clumps. I find I can only wear this at night and I can't say that it is any better. Might be an idea to let people test these products before they reach the shelves!

Expensive product with little result
1I bought this product because my eyes were looking a little tired and puffy. I used according to the instructions but have not seen a noticeable difference. Eyes still look tired and a rather expensive product.

Disappointing
2This eye cream doesn't contain any UV protection and as the face cream promotes the fact that 80% of wrinkles as caused by the sun, this is a waste of money.

Good cream, badly designed tube
4I have returned to using this cream having tried a different brand. It is lovely to apply and is absorbed quickly so that I can put makeup on. HOWEVER, the tube is really annoying, difficult to squeeze the product out of even when there is a lot left. Terrible design. You have to decide to cut into it at some point which, of course, then exposes the cream to the air, which can't be hygienic. Please sort this out - a little pot would be preferable so that all the product can be reached.

Thin, ineffective and watery
1This No7 Restore & Renew Eye Cream does nothing for the sensitive skin around my eyes. It's very watery and I've see no benefit from using it. However, the most irritating thing about it is the shiny and smooth pink cap, which is IMPOSSIBLE to remove if one has wet or creamed hands!

Sorry did nothing for me
1I am 56 years old, a natural redhead with lots of fine lines under my eyes and at the corners of my eyes. I bought this eye cream based on reviews but it has done nothing for me apart from making my eyes red and sore after application.

Very Happy
5I'm 80 years of age as all my friends here in Spain are very surprised as I only look 60 I use all your Restore and Renew. Also Triple Action. Really pleased I use to pay for more expensive Creams. Having been using Boots since May this year
