disappointed
1This product leaves my skin feeling 'sticky'. I believe it is supposed to foam from the pump dispenser but squirts out in a fast jet that which heavily soaks a small section of a cotton wool pad. Disappointed

Poor substitute
1Having used the Beautiful Skin Normal/Dry Micellar Cleansing Water for almost as long as it has been available I was very disappointed to find it had disappeared. The No.7 adviser told me this stuff was more or less the same but it isn't - It's way too harsh for my skin and leaves it feeling sore. I'll be returning it to the shop for a refund. Bad move Boots - bring back the original!!!

It's awful
1I bought this in replacement of the beautiful skin range but it's awful. It makes my skin feel greasy. This is going in the bin and I'll try to find an alternative.

Bring back the Beautiful Skin Cleanser
1I bought this product 2 weeks ago thinking it was my usual Beautiful Skin Micellar water just in different packaging. Sadly it’s not, I gave it a chance, it’s made my skin breakout in spots, it takes ages to take make up off and it doesn’t smell of anything...

Excellent cleanser
5I wear full makeup every day and find that many cleansers don’t suit me because I have sensitive, combination skin. This is easy to use and both quick and thorough, using nice big cotton pads and double cleansing. Very happy!

Radiant Skin
5This product came in a box set I had for my birthday, not a product I would have brought but since trying it I can’t live without it. I don’t use foundation but it removed waterproof mascara well and when I cleanse my skin it really does look radiant. A surprisingly good product 5 ⭐️

Not great and dont like the smell

Not worth the money
1Tried to remove make up with this product and failed miserably! Unfortunately, the formulation is not strong enough to remove make up effectively, so you could be there for ages. I also felt like the product made my skin feel quite sore afterwards - there doesn't appear to be any moisturising element to it. The price also doesn't reflect the quality of the product.
