Really pleased
5I usually use Liz Earle cleanse and polish but this is so much cheaper plus I got 3 for the price of 2. I see others say it’s not as good as the old version which I never tried. This is lovely on my skin gets my makeup off and doesn’t make my face feel dry. I’m definitely a convert

Bring back the old one!
1I'd used the old hot cloth cleanser for years, and it was lovely - this new one brought me out in a combination of spots and itchy, flaky skin within a few days of starting to use it (I'd not changed anything else, so it must have been this). Please change back to the old formula, Boots!

Bring back the old formula!
1I cannot believe they have the changed the formula! The Beautiful Skin hot cloth cleanser was amazing, it removed all my makeup, was gentle and left my skin feeling clean and soft. This new formula is not good, why add more unnecessary ingredients that now irritate my skin. Please bring back the old version Boots.

Works on my sensitive skin
5I got this for Christmas and I love it. My skin is much healthier. My beautician asked what I was using as my skin was so good. I have incredibly sensitive skin.

Disappointing new formula.
1The previous formula equalled the Liz Earle product but this new version is inferior. Thicker product which is harder to remove and leaves skin feeling dry, not refreshed and soft as it should be.

Old One is Better
1The original hot cloth cleanser was a direct competitor to the much more expensive Liz Earle. Since Boots now own Liz Earle they have changed the original formula and this one is no where near as effective. Hence, people go back to the much pricey Liz Earle. Do you think Boots mind? ££££££

Lovely!
4I really can’t comment on the old formula as I had never tried it... but this cleanser is fab! I have sensitive combination skin and it leaves it feeling lovely, soft and clean. I also think it’s working wonders on my visible pores. The only negative is the cloths too rough for my skin so I use my own.

Superb stuff
5Best cleanser ever. Used it only a couple of times but my skin feels totally different already - dont thik its ever been this soft. Love it

So disappointed with this product!
1I changed from Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish to the Boots version a couple of years ago and was delighted with it - just as effective and much cheaper! When I ran out, I purchased the new version and am so disappointed with it. To start with, the cleansing cream is too thick to come out of the can! After repeatedly pumping it, a tiny pea size came out and then a splat hit the bathroom wall. When I finally got enough out to put on my face, the consistency was too heavy and creamy to come off with warm water without scrubbing with the cloth which wasn’t very good for my skin. Please go back to the old formula or I’m switching back to Liz Earle - and sod the cost!
