Wasn't sure at first, but now I love it !
4I always used Liz E hot cloth cleanser but after some debatable chemicals reported in it and my bf not liking the smell I decided to try a new one. My Mum recommended the Boots hot cloth and it took a week to be convinced. My face always feels smooth, fresh and revitalised after using this. Since its run out I've actually missed it and the replacement cheaper option I have doesn't leave my skin feeling as clean or fresh. Sorry to hear some customers have had issues using this product, I have sensitive skin and use Simple wipes and toner with this product.(And very specific washing detergent too). Highly recommended!

Quick & easy to cleanse before bed
5I’ve been using this for years and haven’t noticed a difference in the formula. I use a separate eye makeup remover first, then use this all over my face, including my eyes, and have no adverse reaction to it. The cloth is a little puny so I use a flannel. It’s so quick and does a great job.

Spa at home
5I have always used liz Earle cleanser in the past but was trying to save a bit of money so decided to try no 7. I can honestly say I prefer it, the texture is thicker and creamier it felt lovely to massage it into my skin. face felt clean and soft afterwards. The cloth could do with being a little bit larger but for the price and size it’s well worth it. A lot of the reviews were quite negative but in my opinion I thought it was great and I have also got a bit more money in my purse!

Good cleanser
4Got this free and was a bit alarmed by the reviews so was dubious about using it. However, there is a warning on it to avoid the eyes and it is actually an effective cleanser which leaves my very sensitive skin feeling soft and pleasant. I’ve not used the predecessor product so can’t comment on how this compares, however, in my view it does not warrant the negative comments. Would I buy it again? I’m not sure because the warning about eyes and the eye related comments does trouble me.

Lovely product
5I nervously bought this after reading the negative reviews as I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser. I don’t understand what all the negativity is about! It’s a lovely product and left my skin feeling really healthy. I’ve been using it for two weeks now and no sign at all of irritation or sensitivity. Compared to the Liz Earle product the only differences are the price (this is cheaper for a bigger bottle!), this doesn’t seem to be scented whereas the Liz Earle has an aromatherapy oil scent and this can’t be used on the eye area whereas the Liz Earle can. Much more affordable replacement and will buy again.

Pleasantly Surprised
5I bought this a couple of weeks ago as my local store doesn’t have Liz Earle. Really pleased with it so far and will buy again. My skin is extremely sensitive, and prone to dryness. Changing to this and protect and perfect moisturiser has made a massive difference. Well done No7.

Same as the old version!
4Having used both the old and new formulas I really don't understand all the negative comments. The new cleanser works exactly the same as the old, I haven't noticed a difference. It's not too thick and cleanses my skin perfectly leaving it feeling soft and smooth. Having suffered with hormonal acne during menopause (what a joy) this product soothed my skin and I noticed no adverse affects at all. My only gripe is the size of the wash cloth which seems to shrink every 12 months or so, any smaller and it will soon be the size of a postage stamp hence the four stars not five, still love the cleanser though.

Itchy eyes
1I have for years used Boots beautiful skin cleanser which has sadly been discontinued so I tried the No7 Radiant results hot cloth cleanser and I hate it. It’s far too thick and gloopy and drags the skin and makes my eyes terribly itchy. Please bring back Beautiful Skin cleanser. I am now looking elsewhere.

awful rerun of a fabulous classic
1always used no 7 hot cloth cleanser....it wad amazing..had been using another cheaper brand and decided to try the no 7 one again ...big mistake....its been reformulated and makes my eyes itchy and gritty and skin dry and tight....and at the price it is was an expensive mistake.....why Boots did you alter the original.......in the bin it goes.... . .

Terrible alternative
1I had beautiful skin cleanser with a box set and absolutely loved it. My skin felt clean and it removed all my make up, yet it still felt soft and “beautiful”. Went back into store to buy more only to be shown this as it’s better alternative, it’s awful !!! My skin feels raw & hot after use, makes my eyes water, far to severe. Also it does not easily remove my mascara. I will be returning this after two uses. Do not waste your money ,j
