Better than my usual one
5I had this as part of a gift pack. I’d run out of my Liz Earle so decided to try this. My skin felt really clean and soft afterwards. Much cleaner than using the Liz Earle. I’m 52 so careful about what I use. I’m a convert to this now. Thank you No 7

4I’ve used this as a ‘rinse off’ cleanser and my skin feels soft after using, nit dry and I’m 65. haven’t used it with the cloth yet.

Cleared my adult acne
5I've been using this for the past year and after years of medicines and different cleansers at the age of 30 this is the only thing that has made my skin clear of spots. Absolutely love it and reccomend to anyone with sensitive spot prone skin.

GREAT CLEANSER
5i HAVE USED THIS FOR YEARS AND THE ONLY THING i DON'T LIKE IS THE CONTAINER, IN THE PREVIOUS ONE IT WAS EASY TO SEE HOW MUCH WAS LEFT . OTHERWISE i LOVE IT, AND THE PLUS SIDE IT REMOVES EYE MAKE UP, I HAVE BLEPHARITIS AND THE ADVICE IS DO NOT WEAR MAKE UP!!!! - - I WEAR SHADOW, PENCIL AND MASCARA EVERY DAY AND THE CLEANSER REMOVES EVERY SCRAP, [WHICH TOGETHER WITH A HEAT MASK KEEPS IT UNDER FULL CONTROL

5having tried the previous HCC I decided to try this. It feels so beautiful on the skin, dispensing just the right amount in 2 pumps so very little waste. My skin felt really smooth after ...not dry or tight. Great price point..love it! Well done again Boots

Please bring back the old beautiful skin hot clot
1Boots please listen to your customers and reintroduce the wonderful Beautiful Hot Cloth cleanser. There is no point in allowing customers to leave reviews and feedback if you are not going to listen and act on it. The previous product worked well, had a good price point and in my mind was a cult product.

Great cleanser!
5Bit confused by all of the bad reviews but I haven't tried the old formula. This is a rich creamy cleanser which feels very luxurious and I use it either to remove face makeup which it manages to do or I use it as a second cleanse and leave it on my skin for a few minutes whilst massaging it in and then I remove it with a warm muslin cloth. I have really sensitive skin and react to even things such as the body shop aloe range! This hasn't given me any issues whatsoever even from the first few uses. It doesn't give me any breakouts. I'd say I use it about 3 or 4 times a week as it's something I leave on rather than just a quick wash and rinse. I have dry skin and I'm 24

Big difference
5Both myself and my daughter have found this to transform our skin appearance in just 2 days. It’s got rid of all the small bumps under the skin and cleared our pores leaving both our faces blemish free and smooth. Stock up!!

Makes you skin feel hydrated!
5I have extremely sensitive skin prone to eczema and break outs and this cleanser is perfect to give you that extra hydro-boost! I love to use this after an exfoliating face mask or when I’ve been in the sun all day to make sure I get the moisture I need back in my skin. Love this cream as part of my weekly face routine!

Lovely product
5I received this product as part of a gift set at Christmas. It is a fabulous cleanser! which I have continued to purchase to this day. Leaves my skin feeling soft & refreshed after use. Fully takes my make-up off after a long day at work (no need to double cleanse). I have sensitive skin so have to be really careful on what products I use - this does not aggravate my face in any way. Thank you No7! you get a 10 out of 10 from me!
