Love this cleanser
5I have combination, blemish prone skin and this is the first creamy cleanser that I have used that doesn't cause breakouts. It leaves my skin feeling sparkling clean but soft, smooth and glowing. I have been using for 4 weeks now and skin is smoother and more radiant. I love it xx

Great cleanser
5I have combination skin, with patches of oil and dry patches. This cleanser works great. It removes my makeup perfectly and leaves my skin feel fabulous. I use it with an eye makeup remover too and the night and day no 7 moisturisers and all together leave my skin cleansed and clear.

Pleeeeeease bring back the original cleanser!
1Not only do I not like the new packaging, my skin hates the new formulation. Red, itchy skin after one use, so returned it today. Noticed it no longer says hypoallergenic on the product. Please go back to the original, Boots!

Lovely creamy cleanser
5I received this in a Christmas gift in a No 7 set. I ve used Liz Earle Hot cloth cleanser so I thought I would try it ..so glad I did ..its lovely and effectively cleans my skin without drying it out. Even better its on offer so I ordered 3 for £10 .. a brilliant price for a briliant product. Well done Boots.

Skin left irriated and red
1Hi, I bought it today as part of star buy Boots gift set and used it for the first time and the result is awful as my skin went red and irritated. I do have a very sensitive and dry skin and No7 night cream for dry/very dry skin was quite good for my skin in the past, hence decided to try other No7 products for dry/very dry skin. Unfortunately the results turned out to be very disappointing for my type of skin.

Please bring back the old one!!
1I switched to this after using the previous ‘beautiful skin’ formula for years and I’m not sure what has happened but the new formula is thick and oily. It does not agree with my skin and has left me with red sore spots, not a good look! Please, please, please bring back the old formula, it worked miracles and was perfect!

What a way to ruin a good product.
1Not only is this considerably more expensive than the great value product it replaced - it’s considerably worse. This doesn’t agree with my face at all and given the limited price difference will be returning to Liz Earl now.

Didn't remove make up
1I have always used the LE product but bought this when it was on offer to try instead. I found it very thick and it didn't remove my mascara. Did it once mascara was still on my eyes and black down my cheeks. Tried for a second time and it didn't even remove it from my cheeks.I had to use another cleanser to get it off. It also didn't leave my skin feeling very refreshed. I was very underwhelmed by this product and have stopped using it.

Greasy and Thick
1I loved the old No7 Hot Cloth Cleanser! I noticed a change in my skin since I started to this product, the texture is greasy and thick! I wouldn't recommend this to someone who gets hormonal spots, I ended up having red and sore spots since using this. Please bring back the old hot cloth cleanser, it was PERFECT
