An appalling change
1I've been using no7 eye make up remover for years and since it had a formulation change and became "oil free" it is useless! I'm so disappointed - I've recommended the previous product time and time again. I can't imagine what possessed them to change a brilliant product.

Awful!
1I have tried many eye make up removers over the years and think this has to be the worst one! It took so much to remove my mascara and I felt like I still had some on!

3I bought this as part of a promotion so it wasn’t full price and I can safely say that I would not pay the full price! It’s good at removing eye make up, but it’s not amazing. Nivea Double Effect can not be beaten in my experience and it’s half the price.

Needed to remove waterproof mascara
3This was recommended to me by the sales assistant as I was looking for a product to remove No7 waterproof mascara. I was told to hold the soaked cotton pad on my eyes for a couple of minutes for it to soften the mascara and it does help to do this. I was hoping to remove the mascara a little easier (quicker) though, as it seems to work similar to other cheaper brands. It does leave my skin feeling clean though and smells nice too.

New formula is dreadful
1Have used this for at least 10 years. Was brilliant. Most recent bottle is in new packaging claiming to be ‘oil free’. The old two tone formula that you had to shake was excellent. This is totally different and dreadful. Doesn’t remove anything! Am pouring down the sink and i will never buy it again! Did you even do customer testing Boots?

Doesn't work
1It simply doesn't remove mascara, let alone a waterproof one, no matter how much you use. Officially the worst eye makeup remover I've ever tried.

OK but the pump needs fixing
4Deceny enough product the pump on the bottle is really not that great. It splashes the product arounbd when used and it is alse leaking when travelling. Small improvement needed

Not so good now
1I had been using this EMUR for years, but since it was repackaged and the ingredients changed slightly, it simply doesn’t work any more. Even scrubbing doesn’t work! I am a contact lens wearer who uses waterproof mascara, and I’m sorry No.7, you’ve lost me as a customer.
