OK but the pump needs fixing
4Deceny enough product the pump on the bottle is really not that great. It splashes the product arounbd when used and it is alse leaking when travelling. Small improvement needed

Not so good now
1I had been using this EMUR for years, but since it was repackaged and the ingredients changed slightly, it simply doesn’t work any more. Even scrubbing doesn’t work! I am a contact lens wearer who uses waterproof mascara, and I’m sorry No.7, you’ve lost me as a customer.

Gentle
5My favourite eye make up remover. I wear heavy eye make up everyday and this gently removes it all without ripping half my eyelashes out too!

Love this product!
5I used this or the first time a few months ago and have been thoroughly pleased with it. I use quite a lot of waterproof mascara to accentuate my tiny eyes, so there is quite a lash build up. I probably use 3 make up pads to gradually wipe away. I have never had sore eyes at all and its so easy to apply. I'm about to reorder more!

Fantastic for removing stubborn mascara!
5I wouldn't use any other product except this. Wonderful for removing waterproof and non-waterproof mascara. I don't understand the negative reviews ... You will never remove mascara in one wipe with a cotton wool pad! Never ... I normally go underneath my lashes with a cotton wool bud and voila it's all off. This remover is non-oily which is great as I wear contact lenses for up to 15 hours per day. Such a great price especially with the £5 offer or 2 for 1.

Best eye makeup remover fur sensitive eyes
5I have suffered from eye allergies for years (sometimes so severe it has to be treated with steroid drops) and after trying many eye make up removers, this by far the best. It was recommended by the hospital opthamologist during my treatment, as she uses it herself!

Too oily for contact lense wearers
1I was keen to try this product as I have sensitive eyes and wear contact lenses - the info says this should be suitable for people like me. However I found it to be extremely oily and made my eyesight misty when wearing my lenses, even the next day. It also felt unpleasant when applying. I will be returning to store - very disappointed!

Does not remove Mascara
1As a lover of No7 I was happy to try their eye make up remover. Unfortunately I was so disappointed. I wouldn't say I wear a ton of mascara everyday and its not even a waterproof mascara, this will take the bulk off but it leaves your skin stained which I can not shift with this remover.

Poor Results
1This is the worst eye make up remover i have ever used. It doesn't remove any eye make up at all. It's too oily and made my eyes sore!

Best eye makeup remover!
5I’ve used a number of eye makeup remover products and this is the only one that hasn’t stung my eyes or made them water for ages after! It’s also great for removing my excessive massacara I use (they’re real and bad gal bang)!
