Why change a product!!
1I used the "pink" version and was told by an assistant this is the same product but the bottle had changed colour, not so. This is thinner and not so creamy, I find it not so good at taking make up off, so I will now be looking for another brand.

Going in the bin
1Not good for my skin. Leave red and blotchy. Soft and soothed was amazing, this is not!

Excellent cleans and noursishes my sensitive skin
5Excellent cleans and noursishes my sensitive skin (was given to me by someone who did not suit it ) but for me works great and i have sensitve dry skin thats still prone to acne spots (but i had no problems using this

Awful
1I always used the pink cleanser which could be used for eyemakup too. This new one I was assured was perfume free so what is the fragrance? I've used it once and now have sore skin. Will not be buying again. In fact this one is going in the bin.

Bad replacement
1Agree with so many comments - Completely different texture and result, doesn’t agree with my skin in the way soft and soothed did. Please please bring soft and soothed back.

Why?
1Why on earth did you discontinue Soft and Soothed which was such a good product? Radiant Results was recommended to me in its place when it was discontinued and although it is as convenient to use, it leaves my skin dry and taught and certainly does not 'help to retain moisture levels and leave my skin feeling hydrated' as in your advertising. Very disappointing!

Horrible Stuff,may work for some but not for me!!
1This product left my skin sore and dull. The pink no7 Soft and Sooothed was the best cleanser my friends and I have ever used infact it was even better than some of the high end products out there. So sad it’s no longer available and going by the majority of the reviews many would agree that it should be brought back,just charge a little more Boots if it’s about the money.You should still keep the other cleansers on your shelf too as some customers have got used to them so it wouldn’t be fair for them to be replaced.We are your customers, the voice so please hear us all.Thank you X

Disappointed
1Totally agree with other reviews. I suffer from excema so very sensitive skin. Loved the pink cleaner/toner, not skin felt and looked really good. I recommended it to friends and family. This blue replacement has ruined my skin, total mess of dry, red blotches, ended up on steroids to clam it down. Gone back to Clarins.

A poor substitute for soft and soothed cleanser
1I have used soft and soothed cleanser for many years and it was perfect for my skin. I am so frustrated that this new replacement cleanser is perfumed and drys my sensitive skin out. I am currently trying out numerous different brands to find something suitable. Please, please no 7 bring back soft and soothed

Simple yet impressive
5I walked into Boots for my usual soft and soothing No7 cleanser to be told you had discontinued it. I have to admit I was disappointed as I have used it as others have commented since you very first placed it on your shelves. Having sensitive skin is a major issue so we don't normally change things when something works. As this was now out of my control, I listened to one of your advisors who kindly tried some on my hand and small part of my face. She agreed she had herself always loved soft and soothing pink cleanser but was now a convert. I went away convinced I would be disappointed but how wrong I was. I'm truly in love with this product. It is wonderfully cooling on your skin as well reducing any redness that may be there. If it was possible to please everyone, then it would be good to have both products on the shelf. I myself will always choose Radiant Results Nourising Cleansing Lotion as I can recommend it to anyone Well done Boots. Yet another winner
