Awful
1Decided to change my sun cream this year to this product as I use a lot of no 7 products and love them. How ever this product was awful turned my hand orange I thought it was and sun protection not tanning cream. I used factor 30 but I burnt which I have never done before also it came out with bits in it . Also brought factor 15 which I never touched. Very disappointed in this product wouldn't recommend.

Poor dispenser
1Good cream but pump did not work after 2 days. Reviews of 9 months ago complaining about pump not working - should have been resolved by now. Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing

Pump no longer works....
3Good product and kept me safe in the hot sun! It has an 18month shelf like which I like however I have got it out this year to use and the pump no longer pumps the cream through. I tired to fix it and it works with water but not the cream. Now having to pour it into my hands to apply :(

great sunlotion - poor packaging
2Love this product - quite thick & a little gloopy but good stuff - no allergic reaction! Reapply every couple of hours and it works really well BUT the pump dispenser is rubbish! After a couple of squirts it packs up so have to unscrew it & use it by tipping it into your hand so either get too much or too little! Not cheap so sort it out Boots - in the meantime I'll try another brand.

good cream, bad dispenser
1I always use no. The cream is very effective. the dispenser is rubbish. stops working after a few goes. Come on Boots, get it sorted this stuff is not cheep .

Awful Product - do not buy
1Currently on holiday. Pumps on both the 30 and 15 do not work. Lotion appears to be too thick. Had to use my hand to apply. But the lotion is turning into a chewing gum like texture. Not happy as these products are expensive! Had to buy additional products on holiday.

Lotion is good. Pump/atomiser is awful
3The atomiser pump is not good enough - probably due to the viscosity of the product. You need two hands to work the pump effectively. I ended up taking off the top and pouring lotion on to my hands. The lotion gives good protection but I expect I was using far too much, which doesn't make it very good value. Piz Buin factor 30 is much lighter and easier to apply.

If only the pump worked!
3No7 are the only cosmetics I use, so when I saw this I was delighted: just what I wanted, with a pump spray for convenience. However, after the first few uses, the pump ceased to work and the only way to use it was to wipe it on from the pump tube. Messy! I returned the bottle and received a free replacement and went to a sunny place again. Same thing happened. I have just received another free replacement because I really need the product. I expect I'll be taking that back after my next break in the sun. Please sort this pump out, Boots or I'll be having free suntan lotion for life!

How many ways did I hate this
11.Smelt like baby vomit 2. Left goblets of sticky-ness all over skin 3. Pump stopped working 4. Got burnt - factor 30!! Utter waste of money.

Pump dispenser useless
1The pump dispenser would not work by second day of my holiday. Not sure whether product is too thick for the spray.
