So disappointed
1Like the others I was so disappointed with this why don’t they take them off the shelf and refit them it costs a lot of money and they know there is a problem

Awful
1As everyone else has said, spray didn't work, cream far too thick. Having to take the top off to use seems to defeat the object of having a spray !

Very disappointed
1Used this product on a recent holiday. Spray did not work so had to unscrew lid and attempt to pour product into the palm of my hand. Plus side nice smell and protected well

Problematic
2Used this product on my recent holiday. It is so thick and gloopy, impossible to spray it. I had to remove the top and shake the lotion out. The product does work - but there clearly is a problem. So many reviews saying same thing- come on BOOTS GET IT SORTED

Faulty product
1Bought 2 bottles last year and had to return both because spray stopped working. They were happy to replace but exactly the same thing happened, would not buy again because of this, which is a shame because I really like the cream.

Liked the lotion but needs to be in a tube
3This was in the beauty box last year and just had chance to use it. It gave good coverage. It wasn't sticker and went on well. Tanned nicely without burning. Would definitely buy again. But the pump does not work! Very annoying. I had to remove the pump and apply by putting it in my hands. Hence it lost stars. Seems to be a common problem. Time to put it in a tube.... please.

Sunscreen
2I am now on my second bottle after two uses the tube blocks and you cannot spray the cream on surely boots should of rectified this by now and just put it in a tube rather than a hard plastic bottle!

Some good, some bad
2I have been using this product for at least 2 years. I love the lotion but have had to return bottles as sometime the pump does not seem to function. I have tried cutting off the bottom of the pump plastic tube, cleaning it all out etc etc. I am on holiday On my way! And the first bottle was absolutely fine. The second bottle would not work so I swapped over the pumps and it still wouldn't work. I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION IT IS THE LOTION WHICH IS AT FAULT AND FOR SOME REASON SOME IS THICKER THAN OTHERS BOOTS CAN YOU PLEASE COMMENT. I REALLY LIKE USING THE LOTION AND WANT TO CARRY ON USING IT.

Easy coverage and great tan results
5I got this in a special offer box with other No7 tanning products and happened to be going on holiday the following week. It was easy to use and and pump action was smooth and no problems with sticking as mentioned in other reviews. I have also usually tan badly as I sit in the shade and lotions are usually too thick or time consuming to put on properly. Not this time - this stuff went on so easily that I felt confident sitting in the sun and have the best tan I have had in years - and not muddy brown colour - a really great glow.
