Product could be easily tampered with!
3I have just returned a tub of No7 Protect & Perfect Intense ADVANCED Day Cream 50ml to my local branch of Boots and received a full refund. I can't comprehend that in this day and age, and especially in the current climate, that a product that retails for £25 is not sealed against tampering. The box used to have a cellophane wrapper and the tub used to have a peel-off foil seal, much like other brands in this price range. Consequently, I am not comfortable putting this on my face. A shame, as I do rate the product. It's the lack of security that brings the rating down.

5I love the Protect & Perfect day and night creams. Soaks into your skin quickly, no residue left from it. Great primer for foundation.

Shinny Face
3My face goes shinny after using this product, even after I used foundation/powder. It's so expensive for what it is too and I don't notice a difference in defying age.. I still look like I am aging.

Best Day Cream!
5I love this Day Cream. I’m 66 and since using this I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin. Would highly recommend and will be buying it in the future.

Hinders foundation application
5Ive used this and other no7 products for years - loved them. Unfortunately, my latest purchase has not impressed - something is different? It is thinner, runnier which is ok but the most frustrating thing is my foundation will now not go on smoothly. It goes patchy & cakey. I've tried various options with my different foundations & cream ( had to buy another brand to compare). The results, I can't use no7 anymore- my face/skin looks dreadful so for now, unless it changes back - I'm an 'OLAY Total Effects 7IN ONE' girl for the foreseeable future Sorry Boots No7.

Tried it and now buying another..speaks for itself
5Got this in a bulk pack I ordered when it was on offer. Have always used a named brand but had found it to start clogging my skin and feeling too rich and sticky despite my 53 yr old skin. Was pleasantly surprised that I liked this so much, as well as the night cream. My skin is clear, soft, I've had compliments about my skin looking healthy, smooth and wrinkles/lines definitely not so obvious. The pot has lasted nearly 3 months so far and seems good value. Also happy with the SPF as coupled with No.7 foundation with SPF I've not burnt in the recent sun.

Lovely cream
5I have been using this day cream for a couple of years. It’s non greasy and great under make up. It also gives a glow to my skin. I will definitely carry on using it.

no security packaging
2The review is not for the quality of the cream, it is for packaging rather. I am surprised to see that there is no security for the product given the price tag. Therefore I am not comfortable putting it on my face.
