First impressions, even before I opened the tube, are that I love the sleek gold-coloured tube. It looks so classy and expensive. The mascara wand head is one of the smaller varieties. I am old school and usually go for the traditional brush head, but I have read so many good reviews that this deserves an open-minded try. At first glance, the wand looked a bit empty of actual mascara, so I popped it back in again and got the same result. Maybe this is how this mascara works, I thought. So I did that little wiggle thing at the base of my lashes and smoothed it through to the ends. One stroke and I was impressed. Now, if you like the clumpy, thick, mono-lash vibe, then this is probably not for you. (Some people do actually like that thick look.) This gives a lovely length and separation to each individual hair, making them look longer, thicker and defined. But they stay that way rather than sticking together, which I was really impressed by. It made my lashes look so naturally thick, dark and long, almost like I had them tinted rather than simply wearing mascara. I don't like my lashes to look clumpy, so this is definitely more my kind of mascara. Usually, I don't apply mascara to my bottom lashes because, since menopause, I struggle with panda eyes no matter what mascara I use. For the sake of this review, I did apply it to my bottom lashes. I have dry eyes, often get ocular rosacea and have sensitive skin, but this mascara was absolutely fine for me. After 8 hours of wear, it hadn't budged one bit. No flaking or smearing at all. And when it was time to remove it, one swipe of eye makeup remover and it was completely off. I really like this mascara, and I am really happy to be able to use mascara on my bottom lashes again.

I have never tried a brown mascara before but seeing as I have brown eyes and hair I thought I would give it a go. It takes some getting used to but it makes my lashes look fluffy, long and natural! Im surprised by how much I liked it.

I’ve been using this mascara for 3 months now and it gives amazing volume and length all in one, for someone who has always used an expensive mascara this one works amazing as an excellent alternative!

This has to be one of my favorite mascaras I’ve owned! I’ve never had a mascara quite like this one before. When it says INSTANT VOLUME it means INSTANT! I would highly recommend this mascara!

I love this mascara! It’s really volumising and lengthening but it doesn’t clump or give you that tacky look which is great. It lasts, it doesnt smudge and it’s really easy to take off.
