Disappointing product
1As an avid no 7 customer I had no hesitation in purchasing this serum however I have been totally disappointed with results. Absolutely no difference whatsoever after carefully following instructions. Have used many different eyelash serums but this was definitely the least successful. Not no7's usual high standard !!

Astounding.
5I have been using this daily for three weeks. The directions state it should be used for eight, but I already have achieved what I’d hoped for; to regain the length and thickness of lashes that I’d lost through age. I’ve always had long, thick, dark lashes but over the past few years they’ve become thinner and sparser. Not now! On the few occasions I’ve applied just a regular mascara, my lashes have reached to my brows! I don’t have to wear mascara daily anymore, and people have asked if I’m wearing false lashes, but they’re all my own. I’ve used the serum on my, frankly, pathetic brows (thank you 2000s overplucking) and even they have improved hugely. Can’t recommend this serum enough. It stings a tiny bit on application, but nothing horrendous.

It REALLY works.
5Before Christmas I got eyelash extensions and got them removed shortly after and lost most of my lashes. They were really short (and no it wasn’t an illusion) and gappy and I felt really unhappy. I used glue on eyelash strips at first but still felt really rubbish that I had ruined my natural lashes. I didn’t think anything could help them but I gave this go as it’s quite cheap and I love No7. It works. Before the 8 weeks were up my lashes were noticbly longer and thicker. I still use it every night to keep them long. I really recommend this product and tell all my friends to get it because it makes them so long. My mascara has never looked better on them! They now touch the lenses on my glasses!

Makes a big difference!
5I have always had fairly short and light lashes and on top of that I have a condition called trichotillomania, which means a compulsion to pull out hair. My eyelashes have always been my go-to for pulling. Feeling desperate about the huge gaps in my lashes, I decided to give this product a go, considering it is a fraction of the price of RapidLash. I can't compare the quality to RapidLash as I haven't used it before however as far as this goes it has really improved my lashes and given me motivation to stop pulling. I notice now that when I use mascara my lashes are longer, thicker, and overall look healthier with less gaps! Without mascara they are also darker than before. I try to use it every night as instructed however sometimes I do miss a few days and have yet to experience any lashes falling out when this happens (I have heard people claim that your lashes will become dependent on serums and fall out when you stop using them). Only thing to keep in mind is to not over-apply and be careful in general when applying as it stings like mad if it gets in your eyes. Still have a lot of product left but when I run out I will definitely continue to use this as it has changed my life!

It’s working
5I bought this product 7 months ago.I noticed a big difference on my eyelashes after 8 weeks.They became thicker and longer.I use it every night before sleep. It last for ages.The only negative is that some eyelashes are getting longer than the others and another thing is that if you don’t apply the product correctly it becomes very itchy.overall very happy.

3I have not been using the serum long enough to judge its effectiveness but I am VERY disappointed in the packaging. It is nearly impossible to put the applicator back into the tube without the product being forced out and wasted. Very unhappy.

Don't waste your money on this
1I have been using this product for 4 weeks now & have seen no changes to my eyelashes. The serum itself is always leaking out the packaging. The serum stings my eyes, even if I get the smallest amount in my eye. Don't waste your money on this.

It works
4I was a sceptic but read reviews and decided to give it a go . Didn’t really notice much of a difference but lashes and eyebrows felt in better condition. Then a colleague asked who had done my lash extensions as they were so natural. She’s since been and brought this product . I will be repeat purchasing this product

A miracle
5I bought it 4 weeks ago and after a week only I could already see the difference! I usually do not write reviews but this time.. Oh boy. Used it after removing lashes extensions because I wanted to take a break from them. Yesterday my boyfriend looked at me and asked if I was already back to extensions!! It made them thicker and even longer than what they used to be before extensions , just go for it

Fantastic
5I started using this after false lash extensions as pretty much all my lashes had fallen out. after 2 1/2 weeks I started to notice a huge difference. Using this product. I have gone back to having lash extensions and use this product with them, my lash lady even said she can’t believe how well my lashes are! Would definitely recommend! The only downside is that it sometimes can sting!
